Absolutely brilliant service!
Thank you for the absolutely brilliant experience we had on Friday evening getting school shoes. The patience and understanding when my teenage daughter became overwhelmed by the choice and began to get stressed was so very appreciated, especially since it was so close to closing time and I'm sure you could have done without a difficult customer to end the day!
We left with 2 happy children ready for September! Thank you.

Top class service
At one of the busiest times of the year (School shoe shopping) nothing was too much trouble, two children sorted. All team members were exceptional both with the children and at the till. Would highly recommend.

Found the shoes in Spain but couldn't…
Found the shoes in Spain but couldn't find the matching handbag there. Found Millars and the bag. Excellent service order late Saturday and bag arrived Wednesday will be using them again.

I am so disappointed with this store
I am so disappointed with this store. Placed an order online at 14.04 and rang shop to ask if they could post. Just informed they sold them in the shop AFTER I placed my order. Not great customer service or organisation. To add insult to injury they are refunding my money but 7-10 days it could take? So no shopping for new shoes for me thanks to their poor customer service! Really disappointed 😞

Bought a Hype bag for back to school, which was cheaper than on other websites. Easy to order online, emails told me about its despatch, arrived quickly. No problems, would buy again. Thank you.

Disappointed 🙄
Ordered trainers size7...received wrong size...emailed them about the mistake they've made(probably 3 times)...to sort out the issue (asked for prepaid label to return it)...no answer back..lucky i ve paid through PayPal...they helped a lot...finally(after couple months) i ve got my money back
