Do not order from miller Harris! I am entangled in a month long nightmare with them to try to get my refund after their warehouse and shipping department messed up in a major way. I trusted them in the past, but I read on the internet that their business is not doing so well, and I think that their US market is the first one to suffer the consequences. They do not have a phone number in the US so you can never reach a person, and have a conversation, you have to send messages that are answered a couple of days later, and are always one sided. It is a nightmare of miscommunication and waste of time. I will never order from them again!

I ordered some perfume for my wife.
I thought the order had succeedd but received a message asking me to checkout. I checked out only to find it was a duplicate order.
No parcel arrived. After a few days we realised that the photo DPD supplied was of our neighbour's doorstep.
As the two pacels were correctly addressed our neighbour assumed that DPD would have posted cards through our letter box. Of course, no cards were deliverd.
Miller Harris initially contacetd me a week ago to rectify the probled, but I have heard nothing since.
I will have to contact my credit card company for redress.

I've loved Miller Harris perfumes for many years, but have had a disappointing experience recently that has left a sour taste and may affect others. The formulation of a perfume I used to love appears to have been changed, and recent small batch releases smell markedly different (more dilute, and with unpleasant non-perfume odours) relative to the original product. To me, the new version is unwearable so I requested a refund, but Miller Harris have declined this for the larger bottle (while agreeing for the cheap samples). It is disappointing that the formulation appears to have changed without ensuring customers are aware before purchasing, but even more so that when this is not dealt with in a fair manner, leaving me considerably out of pocket. My advice would be to avoid small batch releases of discontinued lines so that this can't happen to you.
I have visited the store only once so far, but definitely not for the last time. I went to the Covent Garden area of London specifically with the intention of visiting you – and I must say it was absolutely worth it.
I was extremely satisfied with the service. The staff were very kind, helpful, and professional, which made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit.
When I am in London again, I will be very happy to visit your store again.
And also the customer service is excellent, I than you to Aimee-Louise for solving my issue.

Re: the scents- they are amazing. I am a little gutted my favourite has been discontinued but I am really looking forward to finding a new scent to wear daily!
I got a wonderful gift of Miller Harris perfume for Christmas. However it wasn’t the scent that I knew I loved. So I contacted Miller Harris and they were very helpful in assisting me with an exchange.
They really did go above and beyond, Amiee was super helpful and very friendly. The perfume I wanted was more expensive (as the gift was brought in the sale) and Miller Harris very kindly said I didn’t need to pay the difference.

My experience is with Miller Harris US. I ordered a perfume, and the delivery was flawed. It came to my correct home address, but the content was for an unknown-to-me recipient and the enclosed mailing slip had her name, address, and phone number. I contacted Miller Harris. Aimee-Louise from Miller Harris responded immediately and asked for an image of what I received. I sent the image, and the very next day Aimee-Louise, wrote that the company would ship a replacement right away. And so it did! Aimee-Louise was promptly attentive and gracious and responsive, leaving with me an extremely positive impression of the company and its hiring practices.

I have worn Penhaligons for years. Recently walked into the Covent Garden store to try a few new fragrances and was ultra impressed. People in the shop were super friendly and very knowledgeable. The only problem with the scents was that I almost couldn't decide which was best! They were all flawless - this is modern perfumery at its best. I get asked in restaurants about the fragrance I ended up buying. Seriously! Penhaligons etc. are great old companies. But this brand is the future.

Products , I am sure are lovely but their preferred carrier DPD ignored instructions not to deliver a damaged parcel. Contacting Miller Harris by phone is very difficult but the excellent Aimee Louise in customer service is a gem and has resolved my problem at last , replacing the damaged item immediately. Thanks to her my faith has been restored.

I ordered about a dozen samples from their line and they ran into some problems with shipping into the EU. As soon as I reached out to the Customer Support team I was promptly helped and a replacement order was immediately sent to me with no hassle whatsoever. A particular thank you to Aimee-Louise from the Customer Support team, whose service was top notch. I am happy to recommend Miller Harris and will gladly order from them again!

Absolutely under all acceptable level of customer service
I ordered for quit a huge sum on Nov 3
Still no delivery
And after contacting customer service i got a reply that they’ll look in to it !!??
That was received 1,5 weeks ago and god knows what or where they look in to things ??!!
No feedback no updates not anything!!
The product are great but for gods sake don’t order online from MH

My online order didn’t arrive, had to contact them for them to realise it was still sat in their system so it arrived late. They also charged me for the FREE samples which I had to request a refund for. They have also stopped doing the smaller sized bottles so you have e to spend £180 which unfortunately I’m not going to do out of principle. Lovely perfume but all in all their focus on the customer experience and internal processes needs huge improvements.

Made an order on the 3rd of July, one week later I received a message from the customer service saying that my order has not been transferred to the warehouse due to a technical issue and that they need to forward my order manually - now is 16th of July, so 2 weeks after I ordered and I still haven't gotten an update that my order has been shipped. So frustrating and frankly unacceptable!! Will not buy directly from them again
On the 25th of February, my husband took me for a date night. He wanted to take me to a high quality steak house and thought that this would be at the service was pleasant enough. The restaurant itself was too cold and I had to put my husbands jacket on when the steak arrived. We had a sharing platter and unfortunately the steak was cold. However, my partner couldn’t bring himself to complain and of course because he bought the meal I felt I couldn’t complain
either. I felt quite livid to say the least. The bill came to 90 odd pounds, and he tipped as well. Fair enough. The waitress was lovely. The sticky toffee pudding was really nice when we touched the plate to the steaks the hotplate was in fact cold, so all in all, this was a disappointing experience and shouldn’t have happened especially .I felt quite livid to say the least.
