Helpful and knowledgeable staff made the whole shopping experience better. Time is precious and the staff just got on with help and advice that meant less faff and hassle.

I had a parcel to be sent to China via UPS and I had got myself into a terrible muddle. Charlie and Josh were absolutely amazing. They worked through all the issues and problems with patience, calmness and a smile on their faces. They sorted everything for me in the end and I am so grateful to them both. Thank you.

It was my first time visiting and buying something from the store at Andover. The lady that served us was really lovely and her service was top notch. Will be visiting again soon.

Friendly welcome when I entered the shop, good range of products and at good prices , the staff where only to happy to help and answer my enquiries, use the shop quiet a bit for those outdoor items, I am only to happy to give this store 10 out of 10

It was my 1st time in millets Andover today . An it won't be my last I was served by a gentleman with a lovely lady was in the background putting stock away but also had the time to pop over an see if she could help to they both were a great help made me feel welcome an made sure I got what I needed happy with my purchase an Serve, nothing g to to with the prices but I will be using millets again just because of the friendly welcoming serve which are more then happy to help you

The 2 young assistants that served us on Saturday morning, 1st February 2025 were brilliant . If Millets have an incentive bonus for their staff may I recommend the young lady and young man that served us are the next recipients! They were courteous, polite and very professional. If this is the standard of retail assistants then Millets will be on the high street for years. Well done both you’re a credit.😊👍🏼

Extremely helpful staff!

Went into my local millets in Andover in Search of some new boots for walks through very wet and muddy conditions.

I was helped out buy Alfie and Angus who had great product knowledge and even helped Research the water proofing information and after trying out a few sizes I was taken to the till to place my order with Charlie.

I was very impressed with how well they all worked as a team to help myself and other customers in the shop at the same time.

I was quickly seem to and was helped to find the Perfect pair of boots that fitted well and had the perfect Specifications for my needs at a reasonable cost.

Will definitely recommend the shop and return if I need any outdoor equipment in the future.

Angus and Charlie were both very helpful. Came in looking for a coat but they didn’t have my size of the specific one I was looking for, however a perfect substitute coat in my size was found. Also bought a pair of shoes, Angus was very helpful and explained the differences between the many different ones available and they luckily had my size! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again.

Very helpful service. I went in to buy a new coat and the Manager was very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction very easy. I have disabilities and needed help.

Very nice shop. You can buy everything you need for camping there. Today I did some quick shopping and I will definitely come back there. Very nice service. I asked if I can park my bike near the shop? There was no problem. Everything I bought is of very good quality so I will come back again for my next shopping.
