I took my son down to millets to get…
I took my son down to millets to get him some bits for his first dofe walk,both the young man that helped us and the lady at the till were really helpful, polite & knowledgeable. We will definitely go back there again when he needs more stuff for future dofe walks & expeditions. Thank you both very much.

I bought a pair of Peter Storm waking boots on-line. Forgetting I would need a bigger size due to thicker socks. I look to exchange them on-line, by this time they were out of stock. I called the Andover brand and I spoke to Charlie. She was so accommodating and helpful I was able exchange the boots in store without any fuss.
