Customer Service
Absolutely outstanding customer service relating to an issue with an item of footwear for my husband. The female assistant had no hesitation in resolving, to his complete satisfaction, his concerns. She was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient in ensuring he found an alternative item which suited him completely. She is a credit to Milletts in Andover.

I ordered 2 pairs of Peter Storm trousers online both 36l I received one pair today but had been sent 36s.
I went to the Andover store to see if i could exchange them for the correct size
The 2 lovely ladies were great and rectified my problem quickly and they were so friendly! A credit to the company!

Exceptional service and customer care
Exceptional service and customer care. I always make a point of going directly to the shop for my purchases because the staff are always so helpful. Purchased a new jacket and fleece 4/10/23 the young lady who served me and has been working for millets for a number of years is a real asset to millets.

I went into the Andover store with a…set of walking poles
I went into the Andover store with a set of walking poles I was having problems setting up.
The 2 female assistants were very helpful, sorted and set up my poles and assured me I wasn’t the only person who’d had problems!
Looking forward to my trek up Pen y Fan next week 😂

Brilliant service from the two members of staff in the shop. Proactively asked if I needed any assistance when entering the store. Service was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great choice of quality walking boots and shoes on display and in stock. Five stars all puns!

Friendly staff as always 😊
Greeted with a smile and hello by the two staff members as I walked in and they made sure to offer me some assistance with shopping. Ellis gave me some great advice about walking socks and informed me on details I wouldn’t have thought of when it comes to hiking/long walks. Very friendly and helpful staff as always.
