Knowledgeable and really nice staff

I am a new parent to the DofE programme and was feeling pretty daunted by the huge kit list provided by my son’s school. I was helped today by Sarah, who was incredibly knowledgeable. She was patient and an expert at directing me towards what I needed. She is an experienced member of staff and seems to know a lot about the choices in the store. I will be back again, as the staff there are so helpful. Thank you.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Millets has always been my go to outdoor store. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, on a recent visit I was lucky enough to be helped/served by Sarah and Nikki who between them have so much enthusiasm and knowledge of camping and the outdoors you can be sure you will always walk away with exactly what you need.

Fabulous service from Sarah

Fabulous service from Sarah in the Millets store today! I had a very long list of DofE equipment that I needed. She was very helpful and incredibly knowledgable regarding the items I needed from socks, food, rucksacks and blister prevention! She gave exceptional service which I really valued. A credit to Millets, thank you.

Rob was super helpful

We came in for walking boots and walking shoes to upgrade from our existing ones. Rob was incredibly helpful and gave us a good amount of time and his advice.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Really helpful and knowledgeable shop assistant. She even looked after my dog while I tried on walking boots! 😁

I walked into Millets in Bath today in a pair of walking boots I had purchased there several years ago. I explained I wanted exactly the same again, these were quickly produced and I left very happy.

Great experience

Great experience - thanks to Sarah, who helped us find the perfect pair of hiking boots for my son at a great price. Very happy and will return for more Scout and DofE equipment soon
