Great shopping today
Great shopping today with the help of Adele and Sam. Both my husband and I got a great bargain on walking boots which Adele pointed out to us and helped get the ideal pair. Very friendly and professional.

Good old fashioned service !
One reason for our day in Beverley was to visit Millets , to look at , & try on , some new Brashers walking shoes . We were quietly left alone to browse ( always welcome ) but when required , received immediate friendly attention from a gentleman called Steve . He was more than happy to produce different sizes , to ensure the right fit . He also stressed the guarantees & Millets returns policy , all very reassuring . Other staff were also friendly & personable . What a pleasant purchasing experience - thank you !

Came into the store for some walking…rude
Came into the store for some walking boot I had see online and wanted to try them one. The staff were not polite not friendly and when I said that there is 15% of I was told that the price is what the till says and the discount was only online which was not true, not friendly not helpful will not use this store again I will go back to the York store where the staff are nice and friendly.

Brashers for dog walking
Bought a pair of Brashers and the lady in store was extremely helpful with my questions about them. I also had answers given to aftercare products (Nikwax) which I purchased. To top it off, Millets recognise defence discount services so got 20% off, bonus!

Brilliant store
Brilliant store, with great staff Adele & Nat. It's amazing as the store looks smaller from outside but opens up as you go further in. Great sales are there to make your purchase a bargain! Many thanks for your help while we were visiting your store. The clothing we bought looks amazing on.

Helpful staff member
Took an Amazon parcel for return to post via UPS but the label instructions were incorrect since the UK left the EU. The member of staff explained the changes and helpfully advised how to rectify the problem. Excellent helpful and constructive advice.

When asked if they had a camping toilet in stock a friendly member of staff offered to have one delivered free to my home address.
She explained that this could take 3-5 days but it arrived the next day!
