Absolutley brilliant service from the Bodmin branch. Saw a tent online and called to see if they had in stock, they did!
Was able to get advice from the team in store about the product and felt happy with our purchase.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. The staff are helpful with finding what you need and giving the best advice. We were served by Stephen and Rebecca. We will definitely be coming back.

My second visit in a week
My second visit in a week so can't be bad! I noticed that the staff were paying attention to the customers, helping where appropriate and from my experience on both visits were helpful and very pleasant to talk to. This time Arzu helped me buy some Peter Storm shorts which I can't wait to wear. In fact I was very impressed by the range of items in store, including the variety in sizing. Recommended.

Excellent service
We received a very warm friendly welcome from all the staff on the shop floor. We weren’t hassled to buy giving us plenty of time to browse. Rebecca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.
