Millets in Croydon offering great value and with really helpful staff
Visited Millets Croydon several times, and on every occasion have found all the staff extremely helpful, and very importantly, very patient. Have often been served by James and on each occasion he has always been so very friendly. As well as having really friendly staff, they have a great choice of stock at very affordable prices.

Fantastic Customer Service at Millets Croydon
The staff at Millets Croydon were truly exceptional. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made my shopping experience a pleasure. They even went the extra mile by noticing my student ID and informing me about the student discount. As a result, I was able to purchase a £93 bag for a mere £12.50 during the Black Friday sale! This incredible deal, coupled with the outstanding customer service, made my visit to Millets Croydon one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you to the wonderful staff for their assistance.

Found everything I was looking for at…
Found everything I was looking for at Millets Croydon including footwear, coat and bag. Staff members were all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Store was bright & welcoming & prices seemed very reasonable.

Best Millets
Not only is this the best Millets I have been to, it’s probably the best outdoor shop too.
What makes this a refreshing shop to visit is the excellent staff. James and team give proper reliable advice, give their time happily and do not insult with the hard sell.
As a result I often buy from here when I may have walked away from other shops.
Millets should do everything they can to retain them.

Went in last week for a new pair of walking shoes, helpful member of staff Linda helped me find a good pair at a discount.
