Every Product that we have bought in Millets has been of good quality. Polite Staff. My Wife Remembers Millets from years ago. Your Offers And Discounts are very good. I, Ordered my Boots on line, I was told to expect them within 3, days and they did arrive within 3, days. Thank you well done.

Summer and Dave do it for me
Had an awkward situation with some
Berghaus shoes that had started to tear after only 10 months. Summer and Dave came to the rescue and dealt with the issue very professionally and very amusingly. It was a really pleasant experience which makes a change. I'm really grateful to them for sorting it out and also to Millets for their staff training and returns policy - no quibbles. I also wish Summer and Dave good luck in their quest to be a Folk Rock Fusion Duet (ha ha) seriously thanks you too greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service from Zak, who made sure I was aware the walking boots I was about to buy, weren't waterproof (I thought they were) He helped me choose a more suitable pair and organised home delivery as my size wasn't in stock, they arrived the next day!

Amazing customer service and products and prices

I found the store personnel, Dave, very helpful and understanding of my needs. He was not force full but very knowledgeable of the different products available when asked. Would certainly go back to the store again.

Amazing customer services
I was served by Zac who went above and beyond to help me. When the trousers I wanted were only in stock in the Lymington store, Zac went on a train there on his day off to get them so I would have them in time for my holiday. I was incredibly grateful for this. It was such a kind thing to do. I'm old enough to remember a time when Eastleigh was a lot smaller and the shops were all independently run by families living nearby now with companies running changes of stores, the service at Millets in Eastleigh is a throw back to that time decades ago when people knew each other and the service was personal. Thank you Zac. I am moved by the effort you went to and I'm writing this in Devon, wearing my new trousers ❤️
