Last minute sleeping bag purchase…
Needed to make a last minute sleeping bag purchase and popped into Millets, Keswick close to closing time. Still received very helpful, friendly customer service, with a smile from Caroline.
Nice paper bags available, but a 1 hour walk ahead in the tipping rain, the sleeping bag was going to get wet! Caroline went in search of a plastic covering for me, so the sleeping bag stayed dry. Very helpful, thank you, much appreciated.

Needed a new coat as similar to my old faithful as possible. There was a good range of styles and prices and I found one in my size easily. Aiden served me on the till and he was every bit as friendly and helpful as you could want.

Found a tent on the website but out of…
Found a tent on the website but out of stock. Called and spoke to Kelly. She went and checked stock on the floor. Went and found her manager a nice Australian fella I think, he also gave me some exelent advice on sleeping mats. She held the tent while we drove through. Price matched it to online. What customer service. I was pushed for time but am planning to go back to Keswick soon. I will definitely be back for a brows.

Today was one of many visits I've made to this branch and was the first time I've received anything close to customer service. Caroline was polite, helpful, and friendly and a real asset. Normally staff don't look up or make eye contact or even say excuse me, when pushing past .

We were looking for a replacement tent, and found this store in keswick was the only in the area that had it in stock . Amy thankfully found it in the store room and reserved it for us until we got there later that day. The very friendly and helpful store recommend to all 💜

Staff are helpful & pleasant. Great prices
Staff are always helpful and pleasant and (refreshingly) ask if we have used our discounts. The stock is very good and always competitively priced.
