Brilliant customer service
Lovely atmosphere in this store. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable on products. Kelly in particular was extremely helpful and put that extra bit of effort in to make our shopping experience more special. Lovely to see such excellent customer service.

We regularly pop into the Louth store
We regularly pop into the Louth store, when we are over there, the staff are always happy to serve you and find sizes etc
Once again served by the lovely Kelly, who always takes the time for a little chat
It's the customer service at this store, that makes it our store of choice, as we don't live in lincolnshire

I needed advice before I made a…
I needed advice before I made a purchase. Great advice given by Kelly. I tried on a few items and purchased 3 of them. After that I asked for advice on a jacket but said that I didn't intend to buy one today. Kelly let me try a couple on for fit. Then she told me the price, bought it.

From going into the shop in louth to receiving our purchases we have had a very pleasant and friendly experience. The staff in the shop in louth were friendly and helpful. The delivery driver was very pleasant. We ordered 2 loungers and they are very comfortable and well made, they are excellent for the price. This is the first time we've ordered from millets and would have no hesitation in doing so again in the future.

In and out in minutes with the correct item, at the price on the web. Served by Kelly who understood why I needed a self inflating camping mat. In stock, and just what I needed. Another well done and why we keep going back.

What a superb experience at Millets today. Tom was exceptional. His advice re walking socks, boots etc was absolutely spot on. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and he made my experience perfect. Recommend without hesitation.
