Staff were very helpful!
I called Millets in Newark looking for some specific items for our upcoming Guide camp. I spoke to Becky on the phone, who stayed on the phone for a long time helping me locate what I needed. I then visited the store the following day to collect the items, where Silvia further helped me and even managed to persuade me to buy more than I went for! Both were very helpful 😁

Great team, welcoming and knowledgeable
I can in looking for some new waterproof trousers for golf. Vicky was very helpful and understanding about what I needed. She recommended some trousers that I had not seen and they seem perfect.

Great customer service
Vicky really helped get the best fit for my son’s walking boots. He has specialist insoles for an orthopaedic condition and has additional learning needs. Vicky was really patient with him. Overall great customer service!

Good service in Newark
Visited Newark store and bought walking shoes, waterproof and first aid kit for an upcoming trip to the Lake District. Two staff members (Silvia and a colleague) were both helpful and friendly, and the visit was a pleasant and straightforward experience.

New Sleeping Bag
I came in on the Friday morning before I was heading to The Big Weekend Scout Camp for 4 days because I had lost my sleeping bag. The dates was very helpful in helping me pick a new sleeping bag for camp.
I would highly recommend Millets in Newark because they are always friendly and welcoming to me when I come in the store. I use them regularly and we continue to use them because of this reason.

Saved The Weekend......
Had a problem with an online order and needed an item quickly. I called the store and they were so helpful. Popped in to the Newark store the next day and all was sorted, saved our weekend.

Came in for new shoes
Came in for new shoes, Becky was incredibly polite and helpful and even disposed of my old ruined shoes for me, saving me the trouble. Would definitely recommend.
