Visited the Penzance branch with my adult daughter recently. We were served by Gina who was both very helpful and friendly. Thank you Gina. I think there are some good bargains to be had at Millets too. l bought a pair of waterproof walking shoes.Very good price and quality. Would definitely recommend this branch of Millets.

Friendly local outdoor shop.
Used Millets in Penzance a few times, always seems well stocked with the sizes needed in stock. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Served by Jade today, only bought a couple of t shirts but all good :-)

Came into get some new boots today, couldn't fault staff more than happy to help with getting me various boots in various sizes as we know finding the right boots is a grueling process but stff where attentive and professional. Doug and Jade where the staff members I was with today

Helpfull staff tried hard to find boots none left so ordered a pair collected them when arrived. No problems haven't worn them yet.
