Ultra marathon kit list shopping made easy
Came in with very limited and very specific requirements for an ultra marathon I’m running in a few days. Lisa jumped straight in reading my kit list, rushing around to get me everything I needed and saved me loads of time browsing. Time I didn’t have. Sorted me everything I needed in 30 minutes which was incredible. Great products but just fabulous customer service. Thank you Lisa.

Great range of products at great prices and they even gave me a discount. The staff are super helpful and even put something to one side when I phoned them.

Sarah, Bunny, and Stephen were a great help. Great range of products in Southend millets, came in looking for a goretex coat and they pointed me straight to the berghaus maitland. Also came away with a couple fleeces. Thanks guys!

Fantastic customer service

Would like to thank Elliot for his great service on our recent visit
We went in with no specific items in mind, and he took the time to show and demonstrate various products to us to make the right choice.
Even managed to find a 2nd item in stores which we required

Great shop with really helpful ladies behind till .
Went above and beyond to make our purchases easy and convenient!
Left our good with shop while continued to shop in town. Once arrived outside with van the lady who served us was waiting in lobby with all our things ! Was a good load too !
Second time bought from here this year and each time has been really pleasant !

Stephen was incredibly helpful with our entire shop.
My partner and I are moving to Cornwall and needed to outfit ourselves for the move.

Rucksack fitting
Lisa and Elliot were really friendly and helpful, I went in to get a rucksack fitted for travelling and Lisa spent ages helping me try on different ones and decide which was best. Will be visiting again!

I visited today to buy clothing &…
I visited today to buy clothing & footwear for my first hike in April. Stephen was really helpful and was able to direct me to what rucksack would be best, raincoat & then boots. He had extensive knowledge of outdoor wear, having climbed mountains himself which was really useful! Thanks to Stephen, I am now fully prepared for my trip up Snowdon!
