Friendly staff, decent stock
Malachi was really helpful and was very patient with me. New the answers to specific questions. Shop had a good mix of stuff including discounts. The boots I did want to get were out of stock but had another pair as back up!

I was met by Chris at the front of the store. He asked how he could help me and after I’d explained the reason for my visit he asked appropriate questions to understand what it was I needed. He then explained the difference between 3 or 4 options and I made my choice from there.

Lovely shopping experience
Assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave good advice and I bought a pair of walking boots at a very good price. Would shop there again as you cannot fault the prices and friendly team.

I often pop into Millets Southsea and always get a friendly acknowledgment.
Staff helpful and will check to see if my size available elsewhere if it’s not on the shop floor

The shop assistant went and checked…
The shop assistant went and checked their warehouse for the size required, as they recently took a delivery, came out with them. Fitted a treat especially as I've awkward sized feet. Recommend Millets and their staff 5*
