This shop is brilliant, wonderful staff
This shop is brilliant and it’s made that way by the staff. The gentleman (clerk 003) that served us was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and wanted to really help us today. The lady that was serving with him was also fantastic and helped our son who had something in his eye. Not only would I recommend this shop to anyone but I will be going back shortly to get some more things I need knowing full well I will be helped to the max.

Emily was very helpful and…
Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
We were after some hiking boots.
Emily was also very honest and didn’t try to push us to a certain brand but gave us the best options for our needs.
Emily had a lovely disposition about her.
Will not hesitate to use Millets again.

Real lovely staff at Tenby Millets
Really lovely staff at Tenby Millets. So nice to be able to take our dog into the store where she was treated to a biscuit too. Store was well stocked and presented, nice to receive some special offers.
We were well served by Linda but everyone was friendly.

Great service. I asked Martha if they had any coats to fit my son and she went straight to the stock room and produced what they had available. Purchased straight away.

Top service and an great product !!
Visited my local branch of Millets in Tenby to look at sun hats. Stu and Martha were the sales assistants who were friendly and efficient and both provided an excellent service. I wasn’t intending to buy a Tilley Hat there and then but their expert guidance and excellent price offer persuaded me to buy. Top job and many thanks to Stu and Martha for being spot on!! :))

Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Martin was extremely knowledgable and helpful when I asked about buying a day rucksack. The store was welcoming as a whole and I would recommend for any outdoor/camping gear

Martha and Emily were fantastic. Helped with trying on coats and selecting sizes. I’ve not bought any garments since a massive weight loss so I had no idea. Very professional and cheerful. Over and above. Highly recommended.

I went to the Millets store in Tenby, Wales near closing time and Martha was extremely helpful! I didn’t have a particular shoe in mind and she helped me weigh my choices. I ended up buying a pair that I’m happy with. Commendable service!
