Poor customer service
Contacted this company for help regarding some serious electrical issues with my car.
The Company is fronted by a guy called Ryan.
Ryan is elusive and slow to respond to attempts for help from him, always stating he's 1 man and always busy.
Eventually Ryan told me he would attend at my home to look at the car but I would have wait 3 weeks...I was fine with this.
After 3 weeks I contacted Ryan to see what day he was coming to look at my car to be told he had changed his mind and now wouldn't be coming out to look at it.
He stated this was because the car was problematic and had been looked at by another auto electrician.
I asked him on his facebook business page twice when he was planning to tell me he wasn't coming out...he deleted my question twice.
Yet on his YouTube channel he consistently works on
problematic cars with complex problems.
Reading his Google reviews this is a common theme with those who contact Milligan Auto Duagnistics.
Prepare to be messed around by this company.
