The founders keep on improving it and it even provides samples of contracts-of-exchange for its members. My favourite function is the world map view!
Plus it's friendly and human. I use it since more than 5 years and have succesfully travelled as a pet-sitter. My experience is fully positive.

We have been with this company for over 5 years and can highly recommend to anyone wishing to sit houses - pets, or have their house, pets sat. We have really enjoyed all of our experiences with this platform and are more than happy to continue with our membership.

I've been house and pet sitting for 4 years now using the MindmyHouse site for European locations. The MMH site is easy to navigate and offers all sorts of sittings. Sitters and owners can contact eachother, come to an agreement and when all goes well everybody is happy. It's a matter of trust and based on being reliable from both sides. So MMH is not responsible for the outcome and that should not be expected from them. They bring people together and are very well organized. I have no complaints whatsoever and recommend them to anyone who likes to live temporarily at other places and take care of animals in a respectful way, as sincere caretakers. I consider myself being part of a free exchange movement and have created a network of interesting people I otherwise never would have met (and all those sweet animals I lived with). I only regret I can't do as many sittings as I would like to, being a single 60+ woman without own vehicle, while many owners live in remote places. But for couples who can move around freely options are numerous. What I appreciate a lot of MMH is that they are not a commercial business chasing profit but a family who throughout the years have created organically a transparant and friendly structure for human interaction so to speak at low costs. Well designed website, which is easy to navigate. We have been using Mind My House for a number of years to find a reliable trustworthy sitter for our cat and the house. All our housesitters have worked out well, and the information requested has been readily available from Mind My House. They also keep good records of sitters we have used.

I've been using this site as a sitter for several years now and given that the annual fee is significantly lower than some other well known sites, I think it offers real value for money. I've never had any problems with communication, payment or support and the site is functional and practical. I highly recommend it to both sitters and home owners alike.

I have been working on this platform for 6 years and I am very satisfied with its work. Thanks to Mindmyhouse, I have traveled to many European countries, living there like a local, because I look after pets. I have met nice people, because we are similar in our views - they allow me to enter their house into their world, but I dare to do it. I can safely call myself a professional animal sitter, thanks to Mindmuhouse. I have really learned a new profession. True, as a volunteer, because I do not receive remuneration for looking after animals. But these adventures in a different living environment are worth it. MindMyHouse has been our housesitting-site since 2021. We are pensioners and decided to housesit fulltime. We don’t even have our own house anymore. We have over 20 reviews on their site. MindMyHouse also allows reviews from other housesitting websites that solidifies our portfolio. This made our own search for houses almost obsolete as houseowners invite us directly (through MindMyHouse). We often get repeat requests from MMH houseowners. We never worry we will be without a housesit.

This company feels like a family member. They are so friendly in their approach to everything and the site is very easy to work with. Being retired works well for us. Having opportunities around the country with MMH allows us to travel around and stay different places without high condo fees. We love animals so it’s a win win for all. One of these days we’re going to get a farm gig, and I don’t even mind making a few fixes around the house.

Have been using their site to find pet sitters and found them to be very good and trustworthy. They have upgraded the site and it is now more user friendly.

We are a home owner in New Mexico, US, and we have 3 dogs and 2 cats that are very special to us. It is very important to us that we have a pet sitter who loves on them and walks the dogs and spends time with them all. We have found numerous great pet sitters through Mind My House and are very impressed with the awesome people who we have met or even just connected with. MMH is still my favorite, and the website is user friendly.
