I have been playing this game for years! All my free spins have been never over 2500, always 100, or 50. Plus they cheat so bad! Block your balls on purpose! Nothing is ever done to stop it. This is the worse game I’ve ever seen and would not recommend it to anyone

I've enjoyed Miniclip's 8 Ball Pool for several years. However, it has completely gone down the toilet...whilst I used to be able to get a game within seconds of logging on, the whole thing is now saturated with pop-ups, ads, promotions etc., meaning that I routinely have to go through anything up to around 30 (or more) taps, swipes and dismissals before even getting to a game! It's essentially now almost impossible to play, as there are just an unbelievable number of barriers to get through. I know they have to make money from sponsors/ads etc., but the sheer number of them nowadays has completely wrecked the whole experience. Where I used to play every day, I now have not played for several weeks. It's just too frustrating and time-wasting to go through the whole process to get started. I tried again today (12th April 2026), and there is no improvement; in fact, it seems even worse than ever! They're getting more and more sponsors, to try and make more money...but the way they must be losing playing customers, those advertisers are getting a smaller and smaller audience as time goes by! Yeah, that's a GREAT business strategy!

Terrible.Started ok many years ago but now so many robot players and players using hacks to win it's no longer fun you just get ripped off.Miniclip know this and don't do anything,when a player hits a ball which goes around table 6 time then hits their colour which comes off 3 other balls,off 3 cushions and goes in a pocket then it's time to avoid and save your money,mini clip don't deserve it.

Absolutely ruined.So many cheaters and bots.No attempt to stop them.If you wish to support that then keep spending money.Looking back at reviews 10+ years ago nothing but praise.Now it’s been ruined.

Bei 8 Ball Pool gewinnt9 ständig der Gegner mit unmöglichen Stößen. Bei zufällig versenkte Kugeln wäre es ja ok, aber so wie diese Spieler gewinnen ist schon sehr sehr sehr unglaubwürdig ohne hack......
Hatte vorher viel Spaß an dem Spiel aber seit über 1 Woche kein faires Spiel mehr.

I was contemplating buying more coins. Even though it goes against the grain but there, this is the best game of pull, even though you're cheated all the time, so I'm crazy to buy coins, but right before I'm contemplating buying $35 worth of coins, they cheat me on a 9 ball game, I'm shooting the the ball before the 9 ball and they take all my time away, I mean gives me 3 seconds to set it app before I run out of time and I have a really high queue. With a lot of time on it, so here they do they cheat you and it's still wants you to buy coins.That's the craziness of these people don't waste your money

I have contacted Miniclip support MULTIPLE times about cheaters ruining the game. Every single response I received was a copy-paste automated template. No real investigation. No real action. Just empty words like “we take cheating seriously” while doing absolutely nothing.
They told me to use the in-game report button — I already did. They hid behind “data protection” to avoid giving real answers. They sent me to a Knowledge Base instead of actually helping.
Miniclip does NOT care about fair play. They do NOT care about loyal players. They only care about money.
Do NOT spend real money on this game. Your reports will be ignored. Your concerns will be dismissed. You will receive nothing but automated replies.
Shame on Miniclip for failing its community.

Ein Stern weil es minus 5nicht gibt absolut Hammerharzer Betrug habe zwar eine Million coins ohne je einen Cent gegeben zu haben und werde ich auch nie bezahle nicht meine eigene Abzocke absolut Betrug das miese dabei ist die Spielfreude zu zerstoeren

Ich spiele 8ball pool von miniclip seit 10 Jahren und habe bis vor einem Jahr noch 15 B gehabt. Mittlerweile ist dieses Spiel cheater verseucht und sobald man die höheren Tische spielen kann wird man gnadenlos abgezogen und man kommt aus dieser professionellen cheater Spirale nicht mehr raus. Miniclip tut nichts, schließlich verdienen sie daran.Trotz mehrerer Beschwerden ist von miniclip nichts zu erwarten. Keine Erstattung oder Ersatz, nur schmierige Antworten. Soviel zu Ehrlichkeit. Dieses skrupellose Verbrecherpack wird einfach geduldet und der ehrliche Spieler wird allein gelassen. Mein Fazit ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Absolutly rigged. Tons of bots. Developers designed to make you lose games after purchase so they can sell more. You get opponants like Level 20 vs Level 500. The legendery ques are nothing but rip-off. DO NOT PURCHASE !

Ich beziehe mich hier auf das online Spiel 8 Ball Pool. Es ist technisch sehr gut aber das Geschäftmodel fühlt sich an wie Schwindel und Betrug, weil die Stöße zu oft so unrealistisch ablaufen, dass es sich nicht um Können des Gegners oder um Zufall/Glück handeln kann. Als Anfänger wirst du zunächst 'angefixt' und bekommst jede Menge 'Glück' geschenkt. Das lässt dann mit der Zeit nach aber du kommst dann nicht mehr davon los. Meine persönliche Erfahrung zeigt auch, dass je länger man spielt ohne einen Cent echtes Geld zu investieren, um so restriktiver wird die Manipulation, so dass dein Erfolg früher oder später mehr und mehr in eine Sättigung geht. Bei mir war diese Sättigung nach einigen Jahren bei ca 33 Mrd. Coins und kurz vor Level 500 erreicht. Ich kann dann immer mal noch einige Spiele gefühlt normal spielen, bekomme dann aber eine entsprechend lange Reihe von gefühlten Bots mit komplett außerirdischen Stößen vorgesetzt, so dass erarbeitete Coins immer wieder "heruntergeregelt" werden. Dass es sich hierbei um echte Cheater handelt kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, denn diese scheinbaren Bots tauchen zu deutlich in einer Serie hintereinander auf obwohl sie eigentlich nichts voneinander wissen können.

I am absolutely disgusted with how Miniclip treats its loyal, paying customers. My wife and I have spent our own hard-earned money to buy coins in this game, only to have everything taken away because their broken anti-cheat system flagged us for simply playing against each other.

Your support team is a joke—they provide zero human interaction and no help for legitimate issues. ruined our experience.
