I love this company
Excellent service, delivery and customer service.
I have bough from this company several times and never been disappointed.
They are always very responsive to any questions. Delivery is quick and reliable and always clear when it might take a few more days but I have never waited more than a week.
Arrives very well packaged to avoid damage to your tiny treasures. If you are thrifty like me you can make a whole load of extra tiny treasures from the excellent quality boxes and packing noodles. :-)
Regular sales and discounts are a bonus if you sign up for the newsletter.

Favourite miniature shop by far!
I have ordered from Minimum World a few times now and it is always a great experience. Their website is easy to use (not always the case in the dollhouse world!), the communication is always lovely and everything arrives beautifully packaged. The miniatures are fab and the scale is true! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent, and friendly customer service. Fast shipping. They take the best care with packaging of the tiny items prior to shipping, which is much appreciated. Fair prices on their products which is important. Large assortment of items to choose from.

Very nice lamps
Bought some miniature oil lamps, I use these with model steam engines. Very nice items and quick delivery. Items arrived in a box, well packed but would probably have fitted in a jiffy bag that could have been posted through the letterbox.

We completely understand your comment about using jiffy bags however, due to a number of breakages during transit with various couriers, including Royal Mail, anything which is even slightly breakable, we now have to send boxed up to protect the contents from being damaged.
