Everything was good. The application process was quick. Funding was quick. But this month, when the money wasn't available for my payment, they withdrew my payment from my savings account, which isn't authorized in the contract. That's illegal and I will be reporting them.

When Times have been tough and high prices are making it difficult live, MLC has always been there for me. Easy and fast process with a friendly staff that will ease your worries about getting a loan and repaying it. Thank you MLC for always being there.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I worked with Gwen. She was pleasant and had me out of there in literally minutes. I chose to take the higher payment to have my loan paid off faster. Made my last payment Friday and will continue to do business with MLC

Marcie and Iyana always show respect and are utterly courteous. My process is always through cash app so they are always patient with me and try to help in any way possible. My last visit was extremely helpful because I could have borrowed more based on my income, but I was advised to be cautious and everything worked out. I was able to help my family and pay the loan off in full within two weeks. Thanks Marcie!!

I Have Been Coming To This Company For Assistance From Day One .From The Staff In The Dover Area I Have Never Had Any Problems. What Makes Me Happy Was The Trust They Had In Me To Be Honest On Restoring Back What I Had Borrowed.

Worse customer service ever! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not have a problem when I got my first loan. The second time I tried to get a loan. The woman answered the phone lied and gave me three different reasons why I was not approved after a different person told me I was eligible. Will not be using their services again. I do not recommend them at all.

I’m pretty convinced all these reviews are bots. I tried to be patient with this place but here is the experience. You apply in “minutes” they take 2 days if you’re lucky and your application doesn’t get kicked out of their system. They usually deny you after signing because there isn’t enough information even though they don’t ask you for anything. Then if you’re lucky you have to apply again and then they say that your account couldn’t be verified after you already linked your bank account and sent them additional verification. Absolute waste of time, Jennifer was good just doing her job but this place sucks

Given incorrect information now TWICE about payments...Withdrew money the next day after assuring me not for two weeks!!! Called support and they offered NO SOLUTION! illegal to withdraw money without authorization.. CS is USELESS! Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!
Go elsewhere!

Ok well the whole reason I got this loan at this insane interest rate was because of the instant funding, now after signing all the papers I'm told that's non existent and I gave to wait 40 hours or longer for it to be reviewed... hoe can you makec loan offer and ask for signatures and then say oh btw will let you know in 2 days, smh

I have asked minute loan center to take a payment after 3pm when my pay becomes available in my account. They agreed and now my account has been debited and is negative. I am trying to purchase a home and they have derailed my efforts! Not to mention the interest rate is ridiculous! NO MORE LOANS WITH MINUTE LOAN CENTER!!!!!

I am giving 4 stars just because the interest rate for these loans are outrageous. This is a loan you should take only for short term needs. Pay it off as soon as you can. I took a $300 loan, which was a very easy experience for me. They were very helpful and I received the money right away. However, if I had gone the whole term of the loan, I would have had to pay $217 in interest along with the $300. This is the price we pay for having bad credit and sometimes needing a little to get by. The problem is, getting these loans with high interest rates can keep you in a perpetual cycle of borrowing. Overall, they do what they are in business to do and they have always been fair to me.

Even though a VIP it doesn't help getting a loan. If you don't have references you will not be approved for a loan. They need to change their company policy.

THEY CLAIM YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT WHAT THEY HAVE ON FILE JUST TO KEEP FROM GIVING YOU A LOAN OR LETTING YOU APPLY FOR A LOAN. IF THEY CALL YOU AND YOU CALL THEM BACK YOU GET THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHO THE LOAN OFFICER IS THAT CALLED YOU. BUT I HAVE CALLED THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER GOT ANYWHERE
