This Miracle Brand sheet set made for sweet dreams
This Miracle Brand sheet set was absolutely wonderful. The sheet structure is fantastic. The thick T elastic corners are great to make a great tight fit for a thick king mattress. Additionally, the thicker elastic makes for ease in making the bed. Also, the sheet feel is lovely. Lastly, we love the vibrant color that stays true to color after wash.

These are not the same sheets that were…
These are not the same sheets that were shipped in 2023. Directly compared to the sheets I bought there is a major difference: sheets do not slide like silk sheets and they are not cooling like the other sheets. These feel like cotton sheets. Do not buy!

I ordered the sheets they cans very quickly. The sheets are great! They really help regulate my body temperature. No more waking up dripping. I highly recommend these sheets.

Their service is great
Their service is great, problem solving fast, even when your the one that made the error, they understand and want to see you through it and not alone. I had a representive stay on the phone to make sure I received the return order, and make sure I knew what to do with it. In today's fast pace, this is almost not heard of.

Sheets do help with cooling
Sheets do help with cooling. But both pillowcases and fitted sheet are ill fitting. Pillowcases are too small for a standard pillow. And the fitted sheet barely fits and is a struggle to put on.

Not worth it
I ordered king size sheets and as I was checking out they offered a special on very specific gray queen size sheets. For the price, I opted to buy those as well for another bed. An itemization of all of the costs was emailed to me and they added a $20 warranty which I didn’t choose and the queen sheets came up double the cost of the promotion they were having. After I reached out to them, they refunded the warranty and came back with 25% discount off of the queen sheets instead of honoring the promotional price. Not a great experience and the sheets are not soft and cooling as marketed.

I ordered my items on August 2nd. They told me 7-10 days, but, I have yet to see my order?
I can not give a positive review on something I don’t have. I have seen a lot of advertisements about this product, but I have yet to be able to actually have this in my hands.

Pilled quickly
The sheets quickly pilled after couple of washes which no longer felt smooth. I donated them.

Amazing products!
All of the Miracle Brand products are made of the highest quality and have improved my sleep immeasurably since I started using them. I have the sheet set and just purchased the three zone temp comforter and I really love everything about it. Great weight, quality is first rate and feel so much better when sleeping now. It really works! I would highly recommend all of their products to improve the quality of your sleep!

So far so good
So far so good. I’ve only had these sheets a week but so far I’ve slept through the night and didn’t wake up hot and sweaty. And I love the comfy feel of them.

Great antimicrobial properties
Great antimicrobial properties. Within a weeks use of sheets/pillowcases, my dermagraphic uticaria (itchy red lines) randomly over my body are greatly improved.

Customer Service is awful and the company does not stand by their return policy.
I ordered sheets on 6/21/25. I started using the sheets. I have two dogs and the only thing these sheets did were have the dog hair stick them. The sheets were sticky like tape. I kept trying but nothing changed. On 7/15/25 I sent an email asking to return the sheets. The return policy is 30 days. I contacted them on 7/16 and 7/17, I heard from them on 7/17 and they asked me to try them again or the manager would offer me a refund of 25%, $56. I did not want the offer. I told them that. I emailed them 7/21, 7/24 and 7/25 when I said I had no choice but to open a case with PayPal which I paid with. The case was denied by PayPal, I was not provided a reason why. I had sent them the return policy. I have not heard from Miracle Brand since 7/17/25.

Got one bath towel and two face cloths
This was part of a bonus, buy a set of sheets and get a towel set. Got one bath towel and two face cloths, missing the hand towel. Now it cost me $27 to fix the error. Didn’t catch the error right away till I washed the towels.
8/19/25. Wanted to follow up on my original post, the company has now send me a hand towel at no cost, I would do business with this company again.
