Excellent customer service
There was an issue with the product I ordered, however they went above and beyond to resolve this for me.

Good service, web site shows stock quantities etc, but would have been better if I received a notice when the item was dispatched with parcel tracking, maybe that something that B2B customers don't need as much. Would use them again now that I'm registered.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, ordered item, showing 92 off in stock, after a few days I queried why not received. told would be 2 weeks, after 2 weeks chased, told another week, no confidence I will ever receive so cancelled, now refund will take a week, they will have had my money for 3 weeks at that stage, what a waste of my time

received a phone, over 300£ But you need a password to unlock it. I'm assuming it was a returned Item. It's no good at all unless I have the password. I have e-mailed and reached out several times but not once have I had a reply. Please please do not buy from them. If you need any sort of help It is not there. I will now take legal action to recover my money with this company, as they should not be allowed to get away with this

Awful. Spoke to them several times and they do not know how to complete an order. Thank goodness I saw these reviews before continuing to work with them. Awful from the very beginning. Totally backwards company.

Poor customer service and misleading information.
As others have said, this company has shocking customer service. Had one of their sales guys pestering me for a while to buy something from them for our business. Finally did in January, 4 LG Commercial Screens. One of which was shipped to a 3rd party and a couple of weeks later we discovered it was damaged when we went to use it. But they gave me various reasons why they couldn't exchange, with their policy of 48 hours to report damage. Then I needed to get the original packaging which was 2 hours drive away! Which wasn't really an option as they said was now outside their 48 hour policy anyway. So it was then thrown away due to being outside their return policy! Yet they then tell me LG policy is 28 days! Had I known the LG policy would have retrieved the packaging. But then they say a photo of the original packaging would have been ok!!! Couldn't make it up!!! Also, say they are competitive, when I can buy product from Currys or Thomann for less. I would avoid!
Poor customer service - Don't go anywhere near them
I ordered a keyboard from Misco but in doing so didnt realise that I had ordered a Danish keyboard instead of an English one (it wasn't obvious from the online advert). I hadn't opened the package at all and only discovered the error when their customer rep called me after around 3 weeks to ask me how I was getting along with my Danish keyboard. When I contacted their customer services to explain the error, they simply refused an exchange, even though the product was untouched and in its original packaging. Such utter dreadful customer service. I would never touch Misco with a barge pole. RS components maybe a bit more expensive but they are a much better and professional business. They would never countenance treating their customers this way. The £50 I paid for the keyboard isn't going to kill me - but it most certainly will cost Misco for their sheer stupidity.

I called in to order a MacBook for next day.
Callum was quick and efficient in taking my order and agreed to next delivery - so far so good.
Next day, no delivery.
Day after no delivery.
Day three, no delivery.
Callum eventually came back via email to essentially say, I don’t know what has happened. (Super)
No gesture of goodwill has been offered for me staying home for three days waiting for my £4000 order.
Then I was promised a full credit with their apologies once the goods (wherever they are) arrived back at their offices.
The goods have been back with Misco now for over 10 days with no refund received.
Lyndsey since has reached (Callum now MIA) out in the attempt to resolve but now, does not reply to emails either ….!
I will update my review once / if, it comes to resolve!!!
A hideous experience and I would certainly join the club in saying, stay very clear of Misco - something does not add up!
Avoid!
I placed an order through the website and received an order confirmation. Phoned them asking regarding delivery after 3 working days, only to be told I'd be called back shortly. No call back, I was sent an email. Order was 'silently' cancelled without informing me. The company is shambles, with no sense of customer support, and reading the other reviews it seems this isn't the first time. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!

Excellent company!! Cater for all my IT needs. Would highly recommend Misco!! Customer service is superb and constant updates on my deliveries and projects.

Company refuses to do any returns for a product which has not even been used. On top of that I paid a lot more for next day delivery for it to turn up 4 days later. All around poor service from start to finish and wish I had read the reviews first.

They refused to give me a refund when I wanted to return a headset after one day. Extremely poor customer service.
I would recommend not to ever purchase from Misco.
Not next day. No customer service. No delivery.
Placed order for express next day delivery. Nothing has turned up. Customer service never answers the phone. I have tried for about 6 hours total.
I just want a refund and to black list this company from our customer order portfolio.
I should have checked the reviews but I am going to report this company now to various master distributors who deal with them.
Terrible customer service
This comapny is a shambles. Don't expect any support if something goes wrong, and certainly don;t expect an easy time to get faulty goods exchanged or replaced. Go elsewhere, they are literally the WORST company I've EVER dealt with.
Took an order and the money then cancelled
Took an order and our money. 6 days later get an email to say the order was cancelled. Equipment needed urgently. Now sat on our £1500 for a further 5 days. Won't be using again.
2nd to none!
Always responsive, competitive prices, delivery usually next day. Source me those hard to find spares, when Google can't!
