We were about to take on a short fixed-term commercial lease, and I thought it would be simple to just sign it from the landlords solicitor without getting advice - it cant be that hard can it? STOP RIGHT THERE!!

Having a chance encounter with Glenn made me realise how wrong this could have gone. An exclusion applied by the other parties solicitors could have left us in a very troublesome predicament - which when picked up on and explained properly did work ok for us but this may not have been the case. . The whole process was made so much easier when you have the right people on your side!

So much so, I am now engaging Misha Wallis on a private tenancy agreement due to upcoming legal changes that as a property owner, we need to be aware of!

Really great service buying our property through Misha and Wallis. Saeed was excellent and kept us informed throughout. He gave us realistic timescales of when things would be achieved on his end (pretty quickly) and stuck to these.
