They respond to every thing is "We understand the frustration ...."
After wating more than 11 weeks since the purchase date I am feel confident to call the thieves and yes i still haven't got my dining table.
At the beginning I asked for an estimate before i buybit and they said up to 4 weeks. Then after 5 weeks when i rang them they responded with that sentence "We understand the frustration " they waid 22nd July. I rang then late August they said we understand.... 9th of August .I said I'm not happy and i am so angry. I asked for 30% discount they said 10% and i said 15% they didn't respond. Yesterday on 10th of August I rang them and she said the part is our warehouse. I askeed for a full refund and she has hanged the phone and they don't answer me any more. I need my money
But looks like they make their life with our money. Good on you . What an honourable way to live.

My sintered stone dining table top was delivered to the wrong address. I was asked if I could pick it up. Considering it was 3/4 of an hour away and wouldn't fit in our small car I declined.
Miss City style told me " no good couriers in Australia" and they wouldn't arrange a delivery until they found the other peoples coffee table and arranged a swap...
Mistakes happen but it took 2 weeks of excuses and broken promises before the coffee table was located and delivered to us(can't figure that out) and the swap was arranged.
Well the " no good courier" arrived with our table top out of the packaging wedged between the front and back seat of his car.
No lifting equipment, very heavy and my husband on a walker had to help lift!
My new table top is lovely, that's if you have don't notice the small chip, a couple of scratches and that the lazy Suzan is a different shade.
Needless to say I won't ever buy from this company again!

We ordered an entertainment unit with some customization available (black base with white marble top)
it arrived earlier than the ETA, took roughly 7 weeks from order to doorstep.
The entertainment unit was just as amazing as the pictures looked online.
The quality and finish were top-notch and felt very high-end.
This definitely exceeded expectations.

I ordered 2 marble table decor pieces and received them in around 10 days. The quality met my expectations and overall I’m very happy with them.

My Mum ordered a couch back in February, this company has charged her almost $400 and have still not given her a delivery date... Most likely because they're just scammers. The measurements for products on their site aren't even real measurements. They claim to be an Australian company, based in Sydney however that's a blatant lie because they're not in Australia at all, they're in China. Don't waste your money or time with this site, the positive reviews of this store are actually written by the fake company itself if you actually take the time to look at the reviews so beware.

I ordered a dining table and live alone in a unit without a lift, so delivery into my unit was very important to me. The customer service team explained that the delivery fee covered standard ground floor service, not white glove delivery. However, once they understood my situation, they kindly carried the dining table up the stairs into my unit at no extra charge and even offered assembly assistance if needed. Really appreciate the understanding and helpful service. Thank you team!

They state they are an Australian company. False. I ordered and paid over $1.2k over 9 weeks ago for a so called custom made product. Communication is extremely poor and when they do communicate, they provide conflicting information. Item has now apparently been at sea for 6 weeks no tracking. Do not buy from this company. Currently going through bank to attempt to get funds back.

I bought few items. I love the idea of custom made dining tables with sintered stone, looks super modern. I knew it will take a while but for me it was worth it. The design is stunning, everything looks spectacular. Packaging can be improved but overall I am happy. Also communication with email was outstanding. I always received replies even on Sunday's so they do care about the business.

Excellent communication, delivery was slow from overseas but the tracking and delivery company was great. I had an issue with instructions, they got back to me promptly and listened to my issue.
I purchased a mushroom floor lamp and love it. The quality is excellent, the packing over the top really, no chance of damage!

Ordered a custom made table. Several months to arrive in Australia which was expected. But then the fun begins
Left Sydney for the GC on 7/1/2025 now 9 days later and lots of chasing still not delivered
No one knew where it was but turns out is on GC but not scanned in. But can’t deliver as need a truck with rear lift tray !! Terrible service miss city style think poor service is a social issue and don’t understand the freight company they use is an extension of their business
If we don’t chase nothing happens and we still wait !!!
