Not up to the usual standard
I ordered sheets and duvet protectors. Instead of being delivered in individual packaging as products usually are, they came in large bags with hand written labels, not the usual product information sticker. The sheets aren't exactly white, they looked dirty and were not folded, just jammed into the bag, so we're incredibly creased.
Not the usual standards I expect from Mitre.
