Quick friendly polite service reasonable price.only gripe was trying to get in contact in the 1st place.And, as with a lot of other people/firms etc I would like things in writing so I can keep them for future reference.Too much done on internet these days

I asked for a Landlords Boiler safety check and you did that 100% but I also asked you to fix a leak under the bath. I was told by a second party (my tenant), not you, that you couldn't do it because it was "non-standard" and it seems you are such a prima donna about the work that you couldn't bring yourself to fix it so it was "standard" I would have paid. But you didn't even ask. The second part, my tenant, told me you would email me and explain why, but you didn't, you just sent me the invoice for the safety check. So I am none the wiser as to why your skilled plumber could not bring himself to fix the "non-standard' work and bring it up to spec so you could be proud of it and my tenant could have a shower. Like I said, I would have paid actually cash money for that, but it seems that your "pride" in your work doesn't allow you to soil your hands. It's a poor show in my view, because if I was there I know I could have fixed it in about 15 minutes, not counting the trip to B&Q for the parts.

Very swift response to our initial enquiry regarding a defective under-sink water heater. Quickly attended to assess the issue and provide a price for the required parts and associated installation work. Promptly attended to carry out the repairs at a time convenient to us a few days later. Excellent service.
