My mum brought a handset from Crawley county mall store but realised after 1 week the screen was too small as she has poor sight in one eye!
We went into the store to see if there was any chance of swapping over to a larger screen and pay the difference obviously we appreciated mum had made the mistake!
She chose a larger screen phone resold the smaller back and paid the difference to ease the small loss the guy gave mum a new case and screen protector for free.
