Honestly I can not complain about this…

Honestly I can not complain about this vpn being on my iphone..
I've had it now for about 3 or 4 years..
I've even had it swapped it between 2 iphones & just recently added it to my dad's iphone for him to be able to collect the tokens for himself..
I've easy had over £100 in gift cards over the 3 or 4 years, with currently 66 tokens on my account.. I will admit I don't redeem any tokens untill I hit about the £50 mark.
I do have to remove and reinstall the vpn it's self after about 4 months, just to make sure it's upto date..
If I've had any problems I email the customer service team, yes it does take 2 days for them to reply but they always seem to find a solution to my problem.. I've even had extra points added on to my account by the customer service team for my troubles.. They're so happy to help you if you do contact them..
10 out of 10 for me!!

ESTAFA TOTAL

Me llegó la posibilidad de instalar la app, y no me exigieron ningún requisito. Después de un par de meses o más acumulando puntos y teniendo que estar pendiente porque la aplicación se desconectaba cada dos por tres, me han cancelado la cuenta alegando que no cumplo los requisitos (que no han especificado) y no me dejan canjear los puntos que tenía acumulados, y no me ha servido de nada escribirles para al menos poder quedarme con las recompensas conseguidas. Me parece una estafa total. Decepción máxima

Solita recita. 2-3 premi e poi ti bloccano

Il servizio funziona se vuole. L'applicazione non è esosa a livello di batteria e spazio. Facile da usare e istallare.
Ho avuto diverse esperienze con questo servizio, ma adesso basta.
Di pagare paga finché decidono di farlo...
Poi un giorno, SENZA NESSUN AVVISO, decidono che non gli servi più.
Questo però lo vieni a scoprire dopo mesi che REGALI i tuoi dati per accumulare i punti, al momento in cui devi riscattare il tuo sofferto premio.
Di punto in bianco ti ritrovi BLOCCATO, anche se fino ad un attimo prima l'applicazione continuava a raccogliere dati.
UNA VERGOGNA SIA QUESTA SITUAZIONE CH LE RISPOSTE. USATE ALTRE APPLICAZIONI SIMILI, CHE ALMENO SONO PIÙ ONESTE

An absolute con !

An absolute con ! I installed the app and received one credit per week for 20 weeks to be able to claim a £20 Amazon Voucher. After the 20 weeks I attempted to claim the voucher and received a notification to say the account was locked. I queried this and was told that I hadn't fulfilled the requirements of use. If that was the case why were credits being issued every week ? I asked them about this and and they did not even have the courtesy to reply. App now uninstalled.

Make them REALLY pay!

Apparently I'm in the same boat as numerous others, attempting to redeem credits for gift cards. I, too, have received the same message denying redemption with no legitimate reason. A letter has already been sent to the BBB and I am considering retaining counsel for a class action suit in MobileXpression's locale. I will keep this site advised as developments occur.
UPDATE: The company responded to my complaint, admitting that they were at fault for locking my account and refusing to issue payment due. HOWEVER, that has been 2 weeks since the payment was approved and still no remittance has arrived. My complaint to the BBB will NOT be amended or recalled. Make your voices heard and demand an accounting of the information they have obtained from your devices. Legal avenues are still under consideration.

Mobilexpression - account now locked

I have had Mobilexpression on my android phone for quite a year with no problems.

Yet this weekend I had my account locked and after contacting 'support' I had the same automated harsh reply many below have had.

I feel quite annoyed as I was trying to redeem points for a £20 Amazon voucher. Sceptical me is thinking are the two related!

The app has stopped supporting android…

The app has stopped supporting android in mid 2021. Every android I've tried to use says it's not eligible. Only iPhones work. This really sucks as I'm more of a android person. I really hope they could fix this, this year.

5 voucher da 5 euro mai pervenuti

I reclami non vengono mai presi in considerazioni e anche se app funzionante dopo l'accumulo di punti al riscattare del buono non pervengono pur aspettando i loro tempo i miei ultimi 5 buoni non sono pervenuti... Avevo una stima ed minimo sindacabile... Mi spiace ma non meritate nemmeno una stella

Ottenere punti senza faticare e poi ti bloccano l'account.

Sfruttatela fin che potete perché poi di punto in bianco vi bloccano la possibilità di ritirare i premi.
In pratica ho sempre la loro applicazione funzionante e ieri di punto in bianco mi hanno bloccato la possibilità di ritirare i premi! Al mio contattare il supporto non mi hanno risposto la risposta è stata "Non rispetti qualcosa che nemmeno noi sappiamo cosa. Ormai la decisione è stata presa. Arrangiati".

Applicazione semplice da usare
Si scarica l'applicazione da play store, ci si registra e si lascia l'app attiva.
Ogni martedì danno 300 punti. Arriva una notifica che reindirizza la soto tramite browser e si ritirano i punti.
Io ho già ritirato 2 card amazon da 5€ e sto andando per la terza.
Semplicemente è un'app che raccoglie dati di mercato sulle ricerche che si fanno usando internet.
Da quando ho installato l'app non ho mai avuto problemi, nemmeno di rallentamento internet.

I’ve been using it for 8 months

I’ve been using it for 8 months. It’s unintrusive. It does affect battery life a little, but not enough to warrant uninstalling it. I’ve had 4 £20 vouchers from them so far. They’re fast at sending them once you’ve got enough credits. You just have to remember to activate it each morning, after making a phone call (it switches off for privacy) and after using a voice assistant.

Scammed me out of my data and money

I finally got enough points to cash out, but when I
tried, a message popped up that my account had been locked.
Upon contacting customer support, I got this reply:
"Thanks for contacting us.
At this point we can confirm that your order was flagged and canceled by our security program. After further reviewing your account, we can confirm that you did not fulfill the necessary participation requirements needed to qualify for the incentive. Unfortunately based on your account not meeting the standards of activity and participation, we have canceled your order.
We understand your frustration regarding this matter, however our decision to cancel your order and lock your account has been made.
Regards,
Support"

This is utter bullcrap, my phone was active every day, why are they only telling me my account is locked when I tried to cash out my rewards? Super fishy. I will be contacting my lawyer about this.

Shortly after my review I received this email:
Thanks for contacting us.

At this point we can confirm that your order was incorrectly canceled by our security program based inactivity during your participation and how you installed. However, your change in email of email was not a factor. That said, we have reprocessed your order and you should receive it shortly.

After that I received my monies. Very thankful that this was corrected rather speedily. Speaking up does good. I will change the stars as soon as I know all rewards went through.

I was saving up my points and was cashing in 300 points. When I check to see if my deposits have been made I go to the app which tells me my account has been locked. So I email all 3 emails listed and get this answer:
Thanks for contacting us.
At this point we can confirm that your order was flagged and canceled by our security program. After further reviewing your account, we can confirm that you did not fulfill the necessary requirements needed to qualify for the incentive. WELL I did participate and clicked for my points every week. My phone was on over 90% of the time. I did nothing wrong. I did check in every week. I do not understand why they sent me this form email with no recourse and no warning. I am out 60.00 rewards. Mobilexpressions have scammed me. Don't let them scam you. They are bad actors.

Scammers! Stay away!

Complained about not receiving my points some few weeks back. First, I received a message stating that this was because so many people are subscribed into their program and I should refresh and try again and then all of a sudden got a message stating that they ‘identified fraudulent activities from my account and that I am running multiple accounts and so my account has been cancelled’, which is absolute rubbish cos I have just one account with them and never had any issue till now. This is just their way of scamming people off their data and give flimsy and inaccurate excuse. They are frauds, stay away!

Suddenly app doesn't recognise phone number

I've been a member since 2018 and never had any issues and would have recommended this app. Since an update to the app two weeks ago the app is not recognising my phone number and so I am no longer able to earn credits. I have emailed customer support lots of times but they just keep sending me new passwords to login or tell me my email address isn't recognised. When I reply to emails there is no response and I have to make another support ticket. I'm getting nowhere and it's very frustrating.
