DO NOT USE - FRAUD COMPANY

Ordered coffee and was told it was ready to ship. 3 weeks later, no sign of coffee. Called multiple times to the UK number only for it to go to a French voicemail and no one responds. Sent several emails, again no response. You call the US number and the lady tells you she no longer works at the company.

Company will take your money and not send you your goods. FRAUD AND AVOID.

All items arrived in less than one week. Would use this company again. Thank you.

Sent tracking number that is not real- no idea where my product is- think this is a sham company- going to dispute charge with my credit card company and never us them again.

When I received my order a product was missing and a cheaper one was there instead of what I wanted. After I inquired I was told that they went out of stock and just decided to replace it without informing me. Said replacement product was about to expire in 5 days.

Order from them at you own risk, that was my experience with them

My parcel went missing 9 days ago told they’d refund since then constantly fobbed on via wats ap no one answers emails and the lady I spoke to on phone was unbelievably unhelpful told me up to me to contact fed ex nothing they can do they charged me £7 postage but I must chase it up not had refund or replacement coffee to date and currently getting nowhere

I've ordered from them in the past with no isses. On a recent order, I was sent 12 packs of Tassimo Espresso pods that would expire in a month. That's 160 pods that are expiring. I emailed them as soon as I received the package and have never heard back from them.

dont trust this company. they supposed to send the parcel 3 months ago, and when i called them , promised to make a refund. unfortunately, we still didnt receive no coffee, no refund. very disapointing

I have used this shop twice. The first time was all good. The second time no. They provided a product that, according to the description in their webpage, is for espresso machine, but it is not; the package tells it clearly. Moreover, the product (two packages) came without vacuum because both (!) had a mini hole. They refused to provide a replacement or reimbursement, unless I pay the cost for returning the items myself. (The cost of shipping for a personal user is more than the cost of the coffee itself.) The other products I purchased were ok, but the overall experience has been bad.

Two bags of Moak coffee beans purchased from Mocafino were both packed nearly two years prior to the purchase date, with expiry dates only a few months from the date of receipt. On complaining, Mocafino customer service asked for photos of the packaging with expiry dates, and then stopped responding when they were provided. In summary, no quality control on orders, and terrible customer service.
