Very unprofessional and ridiculous ple to deal with.
My husband and I went there ,paid for queen mattress and base. The sales person would stand right behind ur back giving u no privacy to discuss with ur partner. Okay we paid after he convinced us that it's a gd bed. I had clearly told him we got stairs so he reassured us that they would provide split base. When ever I would ask abt delivery, date and time ,they would say wed, Thurs n Fri and told me that the delivery team will give a call .
So after 2 weeks delivery team came home than they said they wouldn't be able to take base upstairs. Than I informed them that I had paid for split base. Than he informed me that by mistake, my base was sent to wellington.
Now I only got mattress and no base.
And It's very uncomfortable .
VERY BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
PAID MORE THAN 2000$
THEY JUST TAKE THE PAYMENT AND THAN DONT CARE, RIDICULOUS

Recently I look for quotes of beds to give to the winz cos we moved, the lady really helps out, without any questions ask, she prepared and email it over to me. Very helpful in urgent time of need.
