Great customer service and great company. Karla J. coordinated my exchange in a professional and expedient manner. She went above and beyond to make sure my new selection was communicated to Modani store and all issues were resolved. Highly recommend Modani. Very satisfied!

The construction of the structure of…

The construction of the structure of the furniture is poor design. Lots of creaking and unusual cracking sounds from day one. If you don't report your problem within 7 days you're screwed. We didn't know that the sounds were going to get louder after the seventh day of delivery. Therefore make sure you buy the extra warranty if you're not going to complain after the 7th day after delivery of your product. The customer service representatives are laxidasical with their attitude and not personable on the phone. We thought we were buying a high quality sofa for $2,000. The sofa was delivered on April 2nd and there were no visual damages. We began to notice flight cracking and creaking sounds as part of the structure. We did a formal complaint on April 19th. And now we're dealing with the extended warranty. Modani has not given us a positive response. Buyer beware.

I purchased a light-colored sectional…

I purchased a light-colored sectional and matching console from Modani in Paramus. Upon delivery and unboxing, almost every piece had visible stains and damage. Following the sales representative’s instructions, I contacted customer service and submitted photos and videos documenting the issues. They arranged for a third-party cleaning service, which initially seemed like a reasonable solution.

However, the experience quickly declined. The cleaner arrived dragging a steamer across a sidewalk covered in melting snow and salt, then entered my home wearing only flimsy shoe covers, leaving wet, dirty marks all over my hardwood floors. The equipment itself also left marks. While he addressed some of the stains on the sectional, he completely ignored the console, which had clear discoloration on the corners—similar to wear caused by repeated handling in the same area. He took photos and said he would report back to customer service.

After that, I received no follow-up. When I reached out, I was told that my claim was no longer valid because it fell outside the 30-day reporting window—even though they were supposed to follow up with a resolution regarding the console and failed to respond. I was also told that the discoloration on the console was merely “the customer’s perception,” based on the cleaner’s feedback.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience. While the products may look appealing, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive customer service make it difficult to recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Modani…

I had a great experience with Modani Furniture, especially with their customer service.

I reached out with a question regarding my order, and the support team responded quickly and handled everything very professionally. My request was clearly understood and resolved efficiently, which I really appreciated.

A special thank you to Karla J for her help - she was responsive, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to get that level of service these days, so it definitely stood out.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend Modani.

I ordered on line a white sofas

I ordered on line a white sofas. When it arrived it was cream. Cameron store manager at Jacksonville after seeing pictures agreed, "it suppose to be snow white!"
Customer service begged to differ at the sofa fits into there color scheme. Basically, we don't care. Deal with it!
Buyer beware. They don't care about there customers.

Center support leg on my Gabriele King…

Center support leg on my Gabriele King Bed broke under normal use in less than two years. It’s a structural part made of plastic. Modani denied help because it was outside warranty, said the model is discontinued, and offered no specs or replacement options. Disappointing durability and poor post-purchase support.

I love my furniture

I love my furniture. The delivery was seamless as well. One of the funny pieces didn’t work for my space and Brigitte at customer service helped me solve the issue. She was fast, friendly and efficient. I would 100% shop with them again!

Very good customer service

Very good customer service , even with the problem I had and my furniture came in one corner broken. I was not worried at all because. The sales rep of Customer service Karla B was amazing. Kept on checking and kept on giving me different alternative to be happy even that the furniture came defective. She’s awesome. That’s how you do a job.

Modani Furniture

Modani Furniture company has always been my favorite, and I have ordered several pieces from them over the past few years.
My customer service rep, Karla B, was prompt in resolving my issue with a damaged couch.
I was offered different options, and ultimately chose to have a replacement delivered.

I want to sincerely thank Mariana for her support from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue that had been repeatedly missed and overlooked by others.

What stood out most was her persistence. She didn’t dismiss the concern or pass it along. She stayed with it, followed up, and made sure it was addressed properly. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers and seeing things through to resolution.

Terrible service and quality

On the day of delivery, I noticed my tabletop had a crack and I filed a claim with my local store. Pls note, I am ordering a new table with additional coverage for any damage.

The claims department got back to me the following day telling me I can have a 20% store credit or a 10% refund? Like WHAT?!?!!

For a brand new item this was their first "resolution" offered. I obviously refused and asked for a replacement or a full refund. They came back with a 40% store credit or 20% refund. I refused and finally they agreed to replace this.

Makes me wonder if their products are such low quality that they see such issues on brand new pieces. How can their first instinct be to offer a 10% refund to keep the cracked piece of furniture!!?!
