Excellent company to deal with. Rapid delivery, well packaged and good quality products. I have dealt with them several times. In the past I had a warranty issue with one mirror, this was quickly sorted out and dealt with.

We love the Bluetooth bathroom mirror, the sound quality is good and it looks very stylish the customer service was excellent. However could only give 4 stars because on first attempt we could not get Bluetooth connected and we had to get a new amplifier sent out to us which did arrive promptly

Really nice product. We looked around a lot before deciding on this cabinet. We definitely made the right choice. Very well made and high quality.

The quality of the mirror I bought was unreal, there’s not much u get nowadays where you can say it’s been well made, but this was worth the money all day long from the build of the mirror to the dimmer knob, it’s all really good quality stuff

Good service, but would not recommend product. 2 failed units, cost of electrician to fit twice, refund units only, hardly fair?

Bought a mirror a few days ago, they answered very rapidly to my questions, I was worried about transport to Italy.
Packaging is very well made and the mirror is really nice, nothing in common with cheap products. It’s quite expensive but not as much as professional ones.

First mirror was faulty. A replacement was sent next day (well done!), but this one too was faulty in exactly the same way..... shoddy workmanship.
Very disappointed. On the plus - Customer service was good.
Reluctantly shopped elsewhere.

Ordered a new lamp to replace one that had blown in the Hollywood mirror. Lamp arrived immediately and now the mirror looks great again. Had the mirror a couple years now and still looks good!

Ordered and received on time, just what we wanted

We purchased an illuminated mirror from this company. We fitted the mirror to the wall and it was when we peeled off the blue protective film we discovered the mirror was damaged in two corners.
I reported the fault and we have had a very swift and kind response from the returns manager but the company say the mirror is used and therefore will not exchange the unit. They have offered another at cost price.
We always leave any protective film over an item until fitted so as not to damage any surface as I think most folk would. The company say we should have removed this and examined the mirror before fitting. Very upset with this and now have to either pay for another or put up with a chipped mirror. I think a warning on the packaging to state this rather than some small print in terms and conditions would be more helpful.
