Spoke on phone twice to company regarding exchange issues. Both times they said someone would call back . I am still waiting for that call !

Excellent product but no fitting instructions were enclosed. On-line instructions were generic. Long delay before the product arrived at the retailer from the manufacturer but, once the mirror was available, delivery was swift. Very satisfied as the mirror does everything promised.

Mirror out of stock had to keep ringing for update told I would have a call within 24 hrs no call tried 3 times same problem you will have a call back nothing. Cancelled order made a complaint about service & still not had anything from the firm.
Steer well clear of this company as no issues are ever dealt with & still awaiting my refund.

I ordered a mirror and it is absolutely amazing easy to install and arrived on time. Definitely recommend modern mirrors

Mirror came 2 weeks later, sent the wrong screws had to go out my self and buy them and the link to to dispatch email never work so I couldn’t track my parcel.
After getting mirror and get gettibn better dials for the screws the mirror turned out great

Completely let me down with the delivery date. Their 'oversight' with the order caused issues having it installed. Do not believe the delivery information posted on their website; they take your money, then telephone to make excuses for why you cannot have your product on the published date.

Goods not available but I can wait so very good customer service correspondence

I ordered a mirrored cabinet around Black Friday. The product was dispatched quickly and the tracking code allowed me to monitor when it would arrive.

Good range of bathroom mirrors on website, quick delivery, well packaged and the mirror looks great in my bathroom.

Fabulous mirror! Just what I wanted, it’s lovely❤️ arrived well packed and within 2 days. It’s perfect with the dimmer switch so you can choose how bright you want the lighting.

Very happy with the mirror. Excellent packaging. Delivery was delayed by a few days but received an email apologising for the delay with a new delivery date that was met. Would recommend this company and product.
