Worst customer service I have ever experienced ,bed not as described and parts missing so it can not be used,they’ve taken the money and will not refund as per the advertised money back return policy!Do not use

Disappointing Experience

I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Unfortunately, luxury Ritz bed I received was not as described and the overall quality was extremely disappointing. The materials used feel cheap and poor quality, and the workmanship does not match what I would expect from a company selling a “luxury” bed.

The assembly instructions were also very poor and unclear, making the installation unnecessarily difficult.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the company by email several times regarding these issues and did not receive a single response.
Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company or its products.

Would not recommend this company. Bed came had marks on, head board was split into two parts when I requested one single head board. Made very cheapy no instructions on how to build! Emailed company and still have no response.

This is a rogue company and they should be ashamed at the poor level of professionalism, appalling customer service from start, telling me about staff members off sick in a very rude tone, saying they don’t know if they can deliver bed, I should have cancelled right there, they sent me the wrong bed !! ADMITTED IT IN MESSAGE !! And blocked me !! Sent whatever rubbish they had in stock and blamed delivery driver ! Took my money and blocked me, worst company I’ve ever dealt with ! Strongly advise to buy elsewhere ! You will not be helped with any matters after paying, unprofessional thieves throwing any rubbish they have in stock at customers, taking money and blocking !! Shameful set up

The bed itself looks nice, but the legs are cheap plastic and feel low quality. The delivery was poorly organized: I only received the bed base on the scheduled day because the headboard had not been shipped. The headboard arrived the next day, at a different time than promised, and it was scratched. Very disappointing experience.

Had my new bed delivered today and WOW its absolutely gorgeous and brilliant quality, the delivery driver was so good, I'd paid for it to be assembled, and he did a fantastic job, I'm sure his name was hajjab, but apologies to him if I didn't get his name right

I ordered 2 dinnersets about 3 months ago and they sid they sent them with a wrong address label so I didn't get them. After some emails they asked me if I would like a refund or a resend of the items. I told them to resend them. Then they informed me that they were sold out and it would take 15-20 days to re stock. I agreed to wait. But now it's been more than a month since their last email and despite numerous emails, they've never replied. This is a scam company. I paid €175 for these dinnersets. They kept my money and never sent anything. I give it 1 star because I can't give less. Avoid buying at all costs.
