They’re a long-standing industry favourite and are designed specifically to withstand daily commercial use, so what you’ve described isn’t something we’d expect to see.

Your order was dispatched on 19 December and a shipping notification was sent the same day. That said, we understand delays around this period can be frustrating, especially over Christmas.

Paid for express delivery
Paid for express delivery, arrived very late after me chasing it up .wouldn't pay for express delivery because you don't get it anyway ,they have the same excuse blaming on fedex trying to deliver it so many times .not professional at all. Terrible

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was placed on 8 October and was dispatched the same day via our express FedEx service. An attempted delivery was made on 10 October, however no one was available to receive the parcel. FedEx reattempted delivery on Monday and it was successfully delivered.
We always work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but once a parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery scheduling is managed by them. Unfortunately, delays caused by missed delivery attempts are outside of our control.
We feel it is unfair to receive a one-star review for a situation that was not caused by our actions, as we fulfilled our part of the order promptly, in good faith, and have no influence over FedEx.
Despite this, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and if you do require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

They didn’t send my order and they refund me just order price not delivery price that’s absolutely ridiculous

After checking the tracking details, we can see that FedEx attempted delivery five times at different times of the day, but unfortunately, the parcel couldn’t be delivered and no redelivery was arranged. Our customer service team also emailed you on 22 September to offer assistance, but we didn’t receive a response.
We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and would really like to put things right. Please get in touch with our customer service team so we can review your case and discuss the delivery charge further.
