I would leave zero stars if I could! They took $39.99 from my checking account today when I do not have a subscription with them! Almost impossible to cancel and.or get any kind of help!

I’m seeing a lot of the same thing here. They charged me $40 out of no where even though I thought my subscription was cancelled . It says “paused “ on their site… and no correspondence. Haven’t used this service at all. And they just stole $40 from me. Stay away

I cancelled this right after I realized it was a subscription, and now they are up to 4 deductions thru my account. I’ve prohibited my account from paying them again as I’m not really sure who they are or how to find a cancellation confirmation. DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS!

Moneypilot has excellent customer service! I had a few issues I needed to discuss and get assistance with. Their customer service answered all my questions in a timely manner and addressed my concerns with the upmost care. You are in good hands with Moneypilot!

Although I didn’t feel the need to subscribe any longer, the customer service is fast, efficient and so polite !!! Thank you for making this easier on me. This has been a trying couple of months and y’all made what I thought would be difficult, EASY !!!

I pulled up money pilot app and logged in and went to my profile and clicked on subscription and followed their very easy instructions to cancel and they tried to keep me with offers but i just kept clicking on no thanks cancel anyways and after a few of those it was done. It now shows in my account that my subscription will no longer renew and that I have until October of this year to continue using all of their features but that it will not renew and that it has been canceled. So I don't know why so many people are saying it's hard to cancel. It was actually a lot easier than some I've come across. But you can do it right from their app without having to email them or contact them, so I don't know what everybody's problem with it is. Just thought I'd share that.

Cancellation and refund was easy but the service didn't yield any money as it claimed it would. If this was paying out, I would of stayed but for the fee they charge and the results not the best.

I told these people to cancel it. They ignored me and charged me $89.95 today. I just hate this kind of stuff. They are difficult to contact and hide they contact info pretty darn good,

Unauthorized billing/Fraudulent Subscription. After being billed 2 consecutive months for a total of $99.97, I filed a dispute with PayPal. I was contacted by a representative of MoneyPilot that if I were to cancel the dispute, they would issue a FULL REFUND. I have not received a refund and have elevated it to a claim as well as filing with the BBB and Attorney General.

They continue to charge me even though I have emailed customer service and they assured me I wouldn't be charged again. It has been a nightmare. This company is a scam.

I cancelled a subscription a few minutes after I purchased a three month subscription and they have ignored my emails to them to cancel my subscription and haven’t refunded my subscription fees. They also locked me out of the app so that I can’t even access it.

As with 63% of the people reporting about this company, after cancelling the service right after opening an account - a month later a charge was made to my Paypal account for $39.99.

In response to this I'm opening a dispute with Paypal and looking at a chargeback with my credit-card company.

I also will be talking to a relative who is a NJ county prosecutor to see if there is any illegality with this action.

I might consider looking for an attorney specializing in Class Action Lawsuits, since the actions of this company with identical unexpected charges to multiple people looks like it might qualify for that sort of suit.

Its been 3 months since I canceled the subscription and evey so often they still take $40 from my account. This is a rip off scheme. Nothing ever came out of this. Nothing.

I've only been using it for a week, but it showed me companies that may owe me money. We'll see how it's going in a month.

Complete scam. Do not use this company. Customer service is nonexistent.

money pilot is a scam, when I realized they signed me up for a subscription, I set up a Paypal dispute, for which they contacted me and said if I would close the dispute they would refund my money. I did, and guess what.... they did not refund my money, but said they only canceled my subscription STAY AWAY!! RIPOFFFS!

Hey I guess you guys are with money pilot they keep taking money out I can't cancel a subscription it's becoming very impossible I want my subscription canceled and quit taking money out of my bank
