Up front and honest advice.

Brilliant service and very helpful

I was very nervous before the call as this is something I should have done weeks ago. I had Matt on the call who was fantastic from start to finish, talked through all my options and gave me his advice and then also took the time to listen to all my questions. He made what was a nervy experience, very comfortable.

Kat was fantastic! Very understanding and attentive. She was patient with me and explained every step I need to take with care. She had no judgement towards my situation and spend a lot of time guiding me through everything.

I was so nevous about signing up to Money Plus and thought I would be made feel small. But I can honestly say hand in my heart I have never spoken to a more pleasant man ever than I did Wayne today. He was very pleasant and very understanding and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I would def recommend ur company and Wayne is a credit to you guys. Thank u so much for everything Wayne.

And I haven't looked back since I cannot fought for them for how they keep me up to date with my debt management and that they make me feel at ease and listen to I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent good customer service

It became very tedious, frustrating and distressing having to repeat the same information at length to a series of staff.It was difficult to understand how following staff could not simply go ahead on the basis of already lengthy discussions with their colleagues , if they were authorised to do this by the person inquiring about their services. At least three different staff carried out soft credit searches when surely one would have been sufficient. It is nonsense to say that these credit searches do not show on your credit report - l received emails from Experian advising that my records had been searched.
Fortunately after a number of hours a successful conclusion was reached but such a torturous process!

Amazing customer service! Wayne was second to none, couldn't fault him one bit. Made me feel like I wasn't an issue having to sort my finances. 10/10.

I cannot thank them enough. Was referred by a friend as was getting a bit worried about my repayments to recent commitments. I dealt with Matthew for the first part, and then Wayne and they were both extremely helpful and now feel like a weight has been lifted and on the road to a happier financial situation!

Was a good experience

Constant harassment from this so called company who are operating under various names when they ring me on various numbers. Even when I have told them to stop ringing me that I'm not in debt they told me they won't stop and swore at me. I will be reporting it to try and get them shut down. Lowlifes!
