Von der Bestellung bei Monoqi ist wirklich abzuraten!
Vor über 3 Monaten habe ich Stühle im Wert von 800€ bestellt und bis heute keine erhalten.
Ich habe mich wirklich sehr oft nach einem neuen Liefertermin erkundigt, der Support bekommt es nicht hin mir ein neues Lieferdatum zu nennen.
Wirklich eine Frechheit!

Stay away!
What a nightmare! As another reviewer has said below, I am now without item and without my money.
I place my order in October, due to arrive in November. The first part never even made it to my door, and for some reason the courier decided to take it back to sender. This was early November, no idea where the item is, Monoqi is completely useless and 'because it's Christmas period' it might take longer to get there. Apparently Christmas starts in November their end.
The second part of my order was again due to arrive early November, still waiting for this. I told them I would be away after the end of this week so if I received it then I wouldn't be home to get it, and of course is due to arrive after I leave (one month late the delivery was due). This means that it will be sent back again and it will take months to MAYBE get a refund from this useless company. What a waste of time and energy, absolutely advise to stay away - it's not worth it.

No item - No money
No item, no refund!!
MONOQI is pretty much stealing my money at this point.
Parcel was sent to me with a courier that never informed my order was awaiting collection and then parcel went back.
I have for over two weeks requested for a refund but seller is not bothered in requesting a return to sender and parcel is stuck on a depot somewhere. I now have no item and not my money back and it's been more than a month since purchasing!

Bei monoqi gibt es immer die neuersten trends
Ich bestell sehr gerne auf Monoqi! Hier finde ich immer tolle und ausgewählte Designer Möbel.
Das Deko Material ist auch einfach nur zum verlieben und man kann sich seine Wohnung so richtig gemütlich und geschmackvoll einrichten.
Jeder der gerne mal online bestellt und sich gerne seine Wohnung schön einrichtet sollte sich mal auf monoqi umschauen! :)
