The quality is very bad! You have to pay your own postage to send it back, which is China I might add not the Netherlands, which you are led to believe. Seriously guys dont be tempted!

Plastic awful boots they send generic emails ignore

I too wish id read the reviews before buying from these cowboys. Same experience as everybody else on here. However I paid through paypal and brought a case against them I have received a full refund for the awful riding boots. Really annoyed I paid the £15.75 postage back to the Netherlands though. Absolute scum!

Ordered a £40+ 'linen blend' shirt. Received 50p worth of fancy dress rubbish. No textile label. no brand label. no packaging. No button down collar. wrong material. Literally a laughable product that no-one in their right minds would wear. Montford say I can send it back to China at my expense. Complete SCAM. Cant believe they can exist - and look so plausible from their website

SCAMMERS, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!
They are insisting I send my return to China (tracked delivery) I have pointed out that nowhere on their return section does it mention China, or anywhere on their website as far as I can find! (Otherwise I wouldn't have used them)
They are refusing my refund unless I do this!!!

I'm GUTTED. I've been scammed, I bought the riding boots, 2 pairs for £95 in the black Friday sale. They are so cheaply made, the material is thin, the stitching is fraying and the plastic soles are warped. I've yet to have a response. I wish this page was attached to their website so I would have seen it before I ordered. Fingers crossed I get my money back.

Bought allegedly leather riding boots.Eventually arrived ,absolutely nothing like the picture or description.cheap and nasty . Great expense to return to China or offered some discount if I kept them. Be warned ,don’t bother . Very misleading company .

We ordered one dress, were charged for two, when the goods arrived they were very poor quality. Contacted them and said we would return to their returns address, but they said send them to China. They are now stuck in Chinese customs for 2 months and they have refused to refund our money.

Ordered leather waterproof riding boots that are neither leather not waterproof. Cheap plastic /material. Absolutely awful. Offered a 100% gift card to spend on more of their crap - no thanks or can return if I pay postage - again no thanks. Have raised a dispute with Pay Pal

My daughter purchased a reduced leather pair of boots for £57.00 for Christmas and they are PLASTIC! Absolutely shoddy quality, and not the correct European size, they would not refund & offered my daughter who is a student, to keep the boots, and a 20% gift card & to
send them back to China at £26 postage charge . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter is mortified.

Absolutely disgusting cheap rubbish from china. I ordered some leather orthopaedic loafers. I feel misled as company claimed to be in Netherlands. I received shoes that were not the size 6 uk I had ordered despite label stating size. I asked for a refund. They asked for my reason and I explained they were not a 6. They suggested I keep them and order the next size up. I pointed out that I would just like a refund, the shoes were not leather as stated. They told me to ship them back to china for a refund. They had a return address in London and a website in the Netherlands. They are complete and utter lowlife scammers!! Trading standards next!!!

I had the misfortune of ordering from this disgraceful scamming company before reading any reviews. Thankfully I only spent £27 but imagine how many other people spent the same!

So they do in fact show as Netherlands on their website, and yes your item arrives weeks later from China!!

The item quality is atrocious as cheap and poorly constructed ! They made combat trousers look like constructed cotton, instead I got a thin synthetic shell-suit material with plastic zip and buttons. The material was frayed and excess cotton was left hanging.

Olivia’s response is it’s because of professional editing and lighting.. utter bollocks and karma’s a b1tch so watch Olivia!!!

Anyway, I hope my review along with the other 73 bad reviews below help the next poor sole avoid the same mistake. In the meantime I’m off to trading standards to file my complaint and shove it over social media!!!

I ordered these boots then read the reviews. Big mistake, only ten minutes later tried to cancel but told item already shipped. The quality is poor they are I’ll fitting and uncomfortable to wear. It says on their return policy you have 60 minutes to cancel. These people are dishonest they make it as difficult as possible for customer to return item stating you have to ship item pay tracked return cost, import taxes and customs to China. Yet the company is based in Netherlands and there is a return address to Southall, London on outside of package. Have reported and opened a case via PayPal. Buyer BEWARE read the reviews! Speak volumes!

Please please don't touch these people with a barge pole - they're just charlatans. The quality of the goods is rubbish and comes from China and takes weeks to arrive. It's just cheap Chinese rubbish and there's no relation to the photographs. When you try to send it back you have to send it back to China with no guarantee of getting any money back. They make returns as difficult as they possibly can!!
This is just a scam company and Olivia is a total pratt face. Don't go near them please please please!!!

Awful!!!! Do not buy!!!!!

I ordered some boots supposedly 50% off as Black Friday. No way were they leather and the zip was so weak. I then struggled to contact them to send back for a refund. The material was paper thin , definitely NOT worth ordering anything.

Bought outdoor water resistant walking shoes ,only to receive cheapest quality shoes , yes they have a return policy (to China at your cost) was offered 25% discount which i took ,so tried the walking shoes through wet short grass and ended up with soaking feet,

BUYER BEWARE Only gave 1 star because a nil wasnt available. Please STAY CLEAR of this scam company. If goods do eventually arrive very, very poor quality. Not as shown on website. If you complain "Olivia" will reply telling you to return by tracked post. Then you realise company in China and cost £12 plus to return. And many people have returned and not received refund anyway. I tried to claim back through my bank but they wouldn't accept claim. Trading standards should be on this bogus company.
