More than Accountants literally are more literally what they claim. From the initial call from Melissa to the onboarding call that explain their processes to the launchpad call with Maseera who took the time to clearly explain and talk through the mechanics of how and show the tools they use to help me realise financial benefits of having experts doing the job.

Finally, an actual good firm
More than accountants overall have been absolutely amazing from day one. They offer very competitive pricing for what you actually get. Not to mention how they go above and beyond with everything from understanding your business and showing you how to use software. I have asked them plenty of stupid questions, some of which weren't exactly included in our package at the time but they were more than happy to lend a hand! We had made some mistakes but they corrected them promtly and then got in a zoom more a less straight away to show were we went wrong!!! Very impressive considering we were just expecting an FaQ article.
Furthermore, this review would be incorrect without mentioning the amazing work done by Maseera! For context, we recently upgraded our package after a few months of being on the standard package and she has been an absolute gem in getting our accounts up to date. The main point we would like to shout her out is because, we'll admit, we didn't exactly know what we were doing so our accounts where a mess. No worries though, she managed to find and fix everything that was wrong and even found a issue with our bank feed integration!! Not only did she deal with this difficult major task professionally and then go through everything with us, she managed to complete this in a very short time scale!!!!
Just goes to show MoreThanAccountants only hire the best in the business!

We firmly believe there are no silly questions, and we are always happy to help, even when something falls outside the original scope. Making sure you understand what is happening and why is just as important to us as getting the work done.
We are also really pleased that the team were able to step in quickly, correct the issues and walk you through everything on a call rather than simply pointing you to an article. That hands on support is exactly what we aim to deliver.

I have used this firm for two years now and even a cynic like me is impressed.
My accountant Waleed did a fine job. I was late in filing this year but he was patient, helpful and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend him to all.
I had to change accountants three years ago owing to my previous accountant of 25 years that sadly passed away. It wasn't easy finding a new accountancy firm but I'm very satisfied with the service I have received.

Rida at More Than Accountants is absolutely brilliant.
She has been incredibly patient, clear, and supportive while helping me untangle a fairly complex setup involving a limited company, VAT, sole trading, and trading income. Nothing is ever too much trouble – she explains things in plain English, answers questions quickly, and genuinely makes you feel like she’s on your side.
What really stands out is how thorough and calm she is. Even when things feel confusing or stressful, Rida takes the time to walk through everything step by step and make sure it’s done properly and tax-efficiently. I finally feel confident that my accounts are correct and that I understand what’s going on.
