As an Organisation we had used Motif8 previously for branded workwear, and were impressed with the quality so returned when needed additional items at rather short notice - the service received was great and put me at ease (the short notice was a bit stressful our end) - and the items all arrived in good time.

Very poor service and terrible communication, to the point where the staff were just lying to cover their own mistakes.

I went into Motif 8 as they were recommended after asking on social media. It was the first time I was buying branded clothing so I was unsure how it worked. Karen the sales manager was amazing, helpful and friendly. So sorted me out wonderfully. During my time in there the whole office staff were that friendly and funny, I wanted to work there! Looking forward to going again. Excellent customer service.

After a secret Santa give was delivered to me damaged, I had to go with a new plan. This is where Owen and the team from Motif8 stepped up to the plate!
Not only were they quick and officiant, but they managed to squeeze me in and get a high quality custom T-shirt embroidered and sent to me in record time

I’ve clicked 1 star because it won’t let be go any lower.
I’ve never had a school uniform delivered in time, this year was the icing on the cake, ordered in August and only had the order complete this month, on the week the school was breaking up for Christmas.
There was no customer relations whatsoever, I had to instigate the order process, no valid excuse.
It’s a shame this is the only place I can get my kids school uniform from.
Ideally I want to use a firm that cares about their customers and have good communication with.
They are happy to take our money, but it seems not bothered to act on the order.

An amazing team of dedicated people who will help you with the design process for your products. The quality and speed of service is outstanding.

The service has been first class, from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble despite going back several times until we had decided on the corporate wear for our office. Even last minute changes were incorporated and delivered to timescale. Karen and the team definitely deserve the five stars.

AMAZING Service!! Came in today for some last minute uniform (whoops!). There was none on the shop floor in his size but the staff went above and beyond finding the uniform in his size from their stores and going as far as embroidering the school logo onto his blazers whilst we waited! Would not go anywhere else for uniform! Motif8 saved the day! Thank you!

Ordered my sons new Blazer, put it on the first day back at school and it has the correct badge but the blazer is the wrong colour.
Called now yesterday and today 3 times to rectify with promised get right back to you. Nothing !!
My son is being ripped for having the wrong colour Blazer.

I’ve dealt with Motif8 for over 19 years in both a professional and personal capacity. I’ve always found the customer service exceptional and nothing is ever too much trouble. More recently I took a faulty garment there (from another retailer), they recognised and rectified the issue in no time.

Placed an order with Motif8, for a Bundle package. From submitting this order Motif8 have been fantastic. Updates concurrently of the stage of the order. They even changed the overseas delivery address on the day of delivery to an address in the UK. You couldn’t ask more from a company, professional, friendly, courteous, and finally a pleasure to do business with. We have used Motif8 in previous years and have already placed another order.

I went today with my sister to pick up her granddaughters Polam Hall uniform, certain items were not ready. The lady that my sister spoke to went above and beyond to help get the items sorted.

Just attended a uniform event and the service was excellent. We were able to try on and buy and take away all the items we needed and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Just an update from my last review. Having received my order from Motif8, I realised i'd under ordered by two tops, my mistake.
I contacted Karen to ask if it was possible to just order the two missing items and her quick reply was. not a problem and I will get them done ASP. I can't fault the companies service in any way, and will recommend them to any Military or club looking for corporate clothing.

Motif8 have given great service from the start through to the present. We continue to put orders in and they are always satisfied.
The staff are polite in any form of contact either by email or phone and give helpful advice.
We have asked for different designs at times and they have always delivered without any issues.
Most of all, the quality of the products is to a high standard, and everyone is extremely happy with the finished products, especially for the price which no other company was able to come compete with.
I would definitely recommend Motif8 for any specialised clothing garments, and we will continue to use.

We recently used Motif8 for a corporate Five-A-Side football tournament, we were let down by another supplier and Motif8 were incredibly understanding and helped us deliver a great kit for each player in just under a week!

The team were incredibly helpful and we will be using and referring this company to anyone else!
