Hi, we are a bit puzzled by your review as we sent out 2 X 150ml bottles with 100ml of Eliquid in for your recent order and for your previous order you ordered 2 X 100ml Bottles plus 1 x 50ml bottle so you have been sent exactly what you have ordered?

Aspire ET-S Glass Clearo is a small 1.8ml tank!

The reason I purchased their Aspire ET-S Glass Clearo was that it was adverted as 2.5ml tank but it was a standard small 1.8ml. Their price including the delivery cost I was charged, was more expensive than other e-commerce shops for the same product (small tank). When I contacted them by email for a clarification, I was ignored. Won't use them again. good bye

Really pleased with my e-cig batteries.
I had previously ordered some from another company and they didn't work with my tank when they came.
I phoned Motivape before ordering this time and the chap on the phone was really helpful and sure enough, these ones work fine.

Excellent service from Motivape

Excellent service from Motivape spot on delivery. I missed the spend over the £5 giveaway, I emailed them and asked if I still qualified for it, which they honoured it and stuck it on with my order. Very pleased with my cinnamon roll and very happy with this company 😀

2 months for a parcel

Despite previews good experiences with this company this time I've been waiting 2 months for my order, and this is just unacceptable

Unfortunately it is not acceptable and in this case was entirely our fault as we were waiting for some stock for an item which was subsequently discontinued and your order was not picked up when alternative stock became available. So sorry for that!
