Moto-pass Motorcycle Training Opiniões 

I find it very unfair that they cancel your training and do not offer a refund or even try to rebook you. Communication could be much better. They should make sure customers are properly informed about requirements through email, text messages, and phone calls — not just one method.

We all have busy days and cannot always be on our phones checking messages constantly. A training provider should understand that and communicate more effectively.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

Everything went well in the playground,but Tom the instructor on the road was very rushing,there was a van parked on my left and another car parked on my right it was a tight spot I give way for the van as it already is coming my way and he has said to me I could have gotten through?,I don’t know if this is a joke or not as I’m new on the road and not trying to kill my self thank you very much!!!!,other boys went with another instructor that looked very calm and understanding,while also riding with Tom he said I could of went on the bus lane then?,who said I ever I want to go onto the bus lane in the first place as I’m focusing on the signs and the road my mirrors etc,worst instructor ever on the road,kept rushing me on junctions,I made some mistakes with speed going around 21mph in a 20mph zone and 25 in a 30 as I was trying to get comfortable on the roads as it’s very frustrating.at round abouts I was waiting until I got comfortable when to pull out he kept on rushing me saying you could have pulled out just then,this is a joke I would like to have another instructor to actually help other than him 2boys went with another instructor and Tom asked me to go with him I don’t know for what reason? I have made mistakes. On the road which now I know what to focus on but very rushing ,while turning I was next to the cycle lane (next to) not inside of it, he said ru a bike or a motor bike when I was just trying to position my moped in position 2??(would love a refund but wouldn’t be possible) Tom was understanding at first then on the roads it got very rushing and annoying

I had a wonderful time learning about the cbt course and doing it. The instructors are very supportive and have the ability to break thing down in order for you to understand. Lovely bunch of teachers honestly keep it guys

I would like to say how Amazing and understanding Tracey is at Moto-pass.
My son suffers with Anxiety, but Tracey was very understanding and has helped my son through the training.

Tracey and Paul were so patient and understanding of my reasons for wanting to take the CBT. In the space of a few hours they got this nervous non-rider, riding around without any problems. They were truly professional and knowledgeable and showed understanding and a caring nature.

Every welcoming easy to get along with and wood definitely recommend anybody else

He absolutely loved it. Took a life time for me sitting waiting and he said it felt like an hour I’m so over whelmed with how content he was about it all I just kept looking at him with amazement because he couldn’t even tie his shoe laces on the morning of the test lol

He’s all up and running on the road hasn’t been far just to the next road to his friends and back before he left he done his all round check on the bike and firmly told me that i have done the L plate wrong at the front and I shouldn’t of cut it to fit? As a result he could get 3 points is this true? Iv replaced it now but it just shows me he was listening and I as his mum don’t know everything.

Thank you again for making it comfortable for him I’m super impressed/thankful with the whole day.

I cannot express how happy I am for my son who nearly didn’t make the test due to anxiety. Fast forward 24hrs and he’s now legal on the road. The team was so good from start to finish the hardest part for me (mum) was sitting waiting back at home with no contact from 8 to 4 killed me. On completion I collected him with the biggest smile for him to say only feels like Iv been here an hour? I could have cried but here we are my 16 year old is safe and legal and he even taught me a few things since being back (I cut the front L plate to fit which is NOT allowed and could result in 3 points)
For anyone looking for there child with any additional needs this is the only place for you.

Excellent instructors. I renewed my CBT twice with them. I live far from the area but I chose to renew with them.

I have been a taking my training with the guys for 10 years now and I can say that the training they provide is exceptional. Which is why I chose them.

This is my 5th renewal of my CBT. I had no idea a motorcycle training company could be so good. All other experiences looked amateurish compared to Moto-pass. In particular, the quality of on-road coaching and assessment was far, far superior to anything I had experienced at three different schools. Tracey is an excellent instructor. Only when she told me towards the end that she had been a teacher did it all fall into place. The pace, the visual learning materials, the memorable delivery appropriately repeated to make it stick ... It was a cut above anything I had previously experienced. If Carlsberg did CBT courses ...

Incredible instructors that couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. Thanks to them all. Can’t recommend it enough. Great place to learn

Tracy and Paul are both great instructors, they know how to teach and push you in the right direction. I went on 2 CBT days and had a great time both days. I will be going back for big bike license training in the future.

I had Tracey O’Brien as my instructor she was very careful with me and patient, her communication was wonderful with a very understanding and loud tone. Paul gave us some induction instruction about gears and highways codes, he was very nice and friendly towards us, made jokes so the environment in the class was more active and chill other than boring.

I had Paul for a recent renewal on my CBT. I shared that I had an attack on my motorbike and fell off since passing the last time round. Paul went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that I regained confidence. I was able to renew my CBT and left with a regained sense of confidence. I am grateful for the instruction and reassurance. Great place to feel confident and ready to be on a bike.
