The admission process is extremely difficult, complicated, and unnecessarily demanding. This program is supposed to be for refugees who are trying to start their careers in the Netherlands. It honestly felt like I was applying for a job at Microsoft, not a traineeship at Motopp. It’s not worth the effort — I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

My traineeship at Motopp was a truly valuable experience. Alongside developing my technical skills, I gained important insights into professional life and Dutch work culture. The team was warm and supportive, which made the learning process enjoyable.

I’d like to thank everyone involved for their support throughout this journey.

Ask them about their obligations and how they protect your privacy. Also, inquire whether they have any contact with the municipality to report your situation without your knowledge.

As a status holder actively seeking employment, I applied twice for this traineeship. Before reapplying, I even reached out to confirm whether I was eligible, hoping for some clarity. Unfortunately, I received the exact same automated rejection email as before, without any personalized feedback or explanation.

This lack of transparency and professionalism is disappointing. A well-structured traineeship should provide clear communication and constructive feedback to applicants. I feel that my time was wasted, and I hope the organization improves its selection process and communication in the future.

Chaotic and misleading. They advertised an IT traineeship, but their course focuses mainly on low-code and development, not on data science and AI. This traineeship is unsuitable for those aiming to work as IT or data analysts..

Very chaotic. They offered a Traineeship in their website and one of the the admission requirements for this Traineeship was Dutch language level b1+ but in the interview they asked me for language level c1. very rude and unprofessional .They don't even inform you.
