My case was a drug driving charge for cannabis. I was doubtful that I could find a firm to effectively defend the charge but thought I would call a few to discuss my case and to see what if any options were available. Shortly after raising a short query through the Geoffrey Miller website, I was speaking on the phone to Jeanette who was reassuring and confident that I had a fighting chance. We discussed the firm's fixed fee policy which was transparent and clearly explained, which gave me a really good understanding about the scope of costs that I could incur depending on the development of the case. As is only right the team cannot give you a guarantee of acquittal, but the work they do to try to bring about that outcome is to a very high standard, and they are available to update you and keep you in the loop with what they are doing to support your rights throughout the process.
Justyna was the solicitor handling my case - she was excellent in her analysis of the case and explanations of how we were intending to defend the charge. Assisted by the brilliant Richard Saynor in court my case was promptly dismissed before even proceeding to full trial. I’m very glad I got in touch with Geoffrey Miller’s, I had a drink driving case put against me from June 2023 which I wanted to contest, Elnaz was extremely attentive throughout the process and was always able to answer any queries I had. My barrister on the trial date of 19th December was compelling and the case was thrown out which meant I got to keep my license, I can’t think GM enough. I just want to say a big thank you to all at geoffrey miller solicitors. They represented me on a failure to provide blood on drug drive charges, I thought my life would be over if I lost my licence everything depended on it. I was terrified for a whole year and was depressed and was having very dark thoughts. I kept it a secret from my wife and family/friends.....I chose geoffrey miller's based on reviews from here I spoke to elnaz and decided to go ahead.....my licence means everything to me the pricing came as a shock but again its nothing compared to losing my licence (worth every penny)....from the start they reassured me and gave me confidence they will do all they can & they did exactly that!....I was 100% convinced I was going to lose my licence but was put at ease by Jeanette miller i can't thank her enough....if I had lost I would have probably done something stupid because I kept it a secret from my wife and family due to being ashamed to tell them.....I struggled all year and kept it bottled up the only support I had was my phone calls from Catherine baird my solicitor and Jeanette miller........if you are like me and your life depends on you driving to earn a living if you are faced with anything like this.....The only chance you got to save your licence is Jeanette miller and her team (everyone else is going to be lying to you! they will take the money and you will most likely lose your licence anyway!)..when you get quoted a price from them don't think this is expensive! just think this is an investment!

I was lucky enough to have Elnaz as my primary point of contact, she was knowledgable, professional and a nice person to deal with. She clearly put a lot of time and effort into my case which took 10 months all told, the court advocate I had for the plea hearing and management hearing was also clearly very good at what he does.. I rang around a few companies before engaging with Geoffrey Miller, there seems to be quite a few fly by night people in this space who claim to be able to achieve the right result for much less, however when I spoke to some of the others I didn’t feel very comfortable. I spoke to Jeanette Miller, who is the MD and I found myself feeling I had found a safe pair of hands..
I was called at 6:30pm the night before the trial to be told the case had been dropped..

If you are searching this review page, I guess you are exactly where I was 21 months ago. I was looking for a representative following a positive blood alcohol sample. With everything on the line to lose should I be convicted and lost my license I decided to make the call to GM. Having spoke with Tara, the advice, care and consideration was given from the first phone call and I decided to instruct them to help. It wasn't a straight forward case and there were a few hiccups along the way which led to an adjournment at the beginning of the year. Tara worked effortlessly throughout the process, keeping me well informed along the way. Any questions I had, she was always happy to speak to me or reply to emails. Well today was the day and my barrister throughout was Mr John Dye. Amazing guy and full of knowledge. He worked out the court room and got me an acquittal this morning. I can't thank John and Tara enough. The best in the business! These guys seriously know what they are doing and the results are there to prove it.

Without question the last year has been one I would not want a repeat of. However the feeling of relief and elation i felt when receiving the call by Geoffrey Miller at the eleventh hour detailing how the prosecution had dropped the case was truly something !

I want to thank every member of the Geoffrey Miller team that supported me through this case. I am convinced that their professionalism, knowledge, commitment and optimism throughout the year secured the best outcome for me and achieved another successful result for them also !

I’m writing this review a week after a successful day at trial.

I was charged with a DD offence back in 2022 and like most people in my position was fearing the worst.

After going on google I reached out to a firm (not GM) and instructed them to handle my case. Their sales pitch was great and at first I felt confident however, it didn’t take long for things to unravel. After searching google I found Geoffrey miller and enticed by the stats on their website I made a call to discuss my options.

From minute one they were amazing, they didn’t make any promises but laid out everything and all avenues. They were very calm and reassuring without it feeling like a sales pitch.

I was assigned to Austin who was unbelievable, the amount of knowledge he seemed to have at the flick of a switch left me feeling positive after every call.

I was updated regularly, my phone calls were always answered and handled with extreme professional.

Communication was second to none, the amount of detail in every correspondence was above and beyond.

I was acquitted on the day of trial, just like Austin said I would be.

I was stopped and failed a swap test for cannabis. I didn't realise cannabis stayed in your system for as long as it does. I contacted three companies and chose Geoffrey Miller because they gave me the confidence to fight my case unlike the other two. From day one they have been very professional and thorough in everything they have done. I put my not guilty plea in then left everything up to them and a trial date was set. My case was dropped before it even went to trial. Geoffrey Miller are more expensive but you get what you pay for.
