As first time buyers the process of finding a property to figuring out the process involved in buying is overwhelming and tense. Our advisor David Goulding had taken the responsibility of guiding us through this process and has made the experience ever so comfortable and easy to understand. As next-time buyers purchasing our second home, we only wish we’d known about Dave the first time round!

You hear so many horror stories about the house buying process, but this has been the complete opposite with Dave, Charlotte and Leanne on the ball from start to finish. The whole process has felt seamless. They secured our mortgage, explained everything clearly and never made us feel like any question was silly.

Communication via WhatsApp, email and Teams has always been quick and efficient — we’ve never had to chase anything. They really are the dream team!

We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know — and we’ll 100% use them again if we ever move.

David has been absolutely an absolutely fantastic help for me as a first time solo buyer!
So helpful both in meetings and over WhatsApp whenever I’ve needed him, he’s been so friendly and approachable for both me and my family from our first discussion, securing my decision in principle and offer right through to exploring insurances and the best options for me.
Everything was explained by him in such an easy way as someone who has never been through this process before and he was always happy to get my parents involved for additional support where I wasn’t sure and we all can’t speak highly enough of him! They will also be contacted him to re-assess their insurances after realising how much the market has changed.

Both David and Leanne have been a massive help in my first house buying process and have made it so easy, stress free and quite exciting instead of daunting! They’re both so fast and efficient and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, especially to those who are new to the concept of mortgages. We honestly can’t recommend David at Move Financial enough — and a huge shout-out to Leanne as well, who was amazing throughout the whole process. The communication has been spot on from day one. We’ve had a WhatsApp group with my partner and David, where we’d get regular, easy-to-digest updates, alongside emails for anything more detailed. It made everything feel really clear and way less stressful.

As first-time buyers, we went into this with very little clue about mortgages and the whole buying process, but David was brilliant at explaining everything — especially mortgage rates — in a way that actually made sense. He was incredibly approachable and always made us feel at ease asking questions about things we definitely should’ve known but didn’t 😅. He worked hard to get us the best possible mortgage offers and even re-negotiated after our initial offer to secure us an even better deal.

David also has great connections with estate agents, which was a huge help with viewings, negotiating, and generally not feeling like we were completely winging it. On top of all that, he supported us with insurance and mortgage protection, making sure we were properly covered without any pressure or salesy nonsense.

Both of them were genuinely supportive from start to finish, always happy to answer questions and explain things clearly. We felt completely looked after the whole way through and would 100% recommend Move Financial to anyone we talk to.

Guys from Move Financial Mr David Goulding and Ms Leanne Ibbotson are amazing in their job. Absolutely professional but very friendly all the way through the mortgage process.
David showed his excellent knowledge during his advice on mortgages, their services and how him and his team would be working for us with ever changing market to get us best deal on the day when the sale is finalised.
The fee structure was very well explained along with all the services that come with it for the lifetime of mortgage. Haven't come across any other "Mortgage/Financial advisor offering so much for such a low fee. Well done David in helping me to keep the costs down.
Can keep writing more and more saying all good things. In nutshell - excellent knowledge and insight about products, open, transparent, honest and above all are not pushy.
