I had a 2 bed flat in London that I was struggling to sell but Moveli, and in particular David McGuinness, were fantastic and got the job done. Great communication throughout - I would highly recommend.

I was recommended Moveli by a friend and from day one I had complete faith that David was the right man for the job. Despite a difficult selling environment, he constantly found new leads, kept us updated and ultimately helped us exchange. A bespoke service that removed (almost all!) the stress from the experience.

Sharon came in with a clear, intelligent sales strategy that my partner and I could immediately understand and get behind. She repositioned the property properly, arranged superb photography that showed it at its best, and focused on attracting the right buyers rather than just generating noise. The impact was immediate. My wonderful estate agent was Stephen Codner. I was very sceptical of estate agents when I put my east London flat on the market. However I was sweetly surprised working with Stephen. He was knowledgeable, kept me up to date, explained processes and chased solicitors on my behalf. He literally went above and beyond and he really did deliver on all the promises made. Stephen communicated with me every step of the way. Even on a Sunday! He called or messaged back at his earliest convenience and it was always timely. I am so grateful to have had his support while on this journey.

We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite.
​We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients.
​In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas and six weeks before completion totally without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again.
