I got the viewing with this company with representative Hannah. Property in South Ockendon. During the viewing I confirmed that I will rent this property, it is fully satisfied us. On Monday at 15:00 LT Hannah called me and accept offer. I spoke to her that I need confirmation by e-mail and inform previous landlord the date of termination of contract and ask when is better for their landlord to move in. Simply remain small details which intake 30-40 minutes to negotiate. I terminate the contract with previous landlord because this letting agent confirmed me this property. Call Hannah after 30 minutes, about 15:30 , nobody replied in their office. Then he sent me the message that landlord choose another tenant. Absolutely not reliable and acting dishonestly, not fair, irresponsible including this landlord. Probably tenant need to additional information and at least get confirmation officially by e-mail? I don't recommend this company for further business. We are from Ukraine and we don't have such lawlessness like here. Absolutely negative and not reliable company. Waste my time and money for fuel.

After much research, mostly podcasts and interviews on You Tube, we decided to ask MP Estates to help us. We work hard all our lives to acquire assets, like our home, and we knew we wanted to protect this for our sons. We are still working and wanted to get things put in place earlier rather than leaving it till we are too old to do anything about it. We feel a great sense of relief now we have everything in place.

We have had easy zoom talks with Charles Quist, Maya, and Haydee. They have made us feel comfortable every step of the way and have made everything easy to understand when it comes to death and taxes. We are now encouraging my father in law, who’s in his eighties, to do the same.

Just want to say thanks to Hannah, Victoria, Troy and Paul the managing director, as a matter of fact, the entire team.
Incredibly communicative, professional, caring and certainly gave attention to details surrounding our circumstances. Just amazing! They put us first, its never about them, it’s always about us. My husband and I are truly pleased and appreciative.

Our sale needed to be expedited without trading off the value and M&P ensured this for us. Paul, the managing director, visited my home, explained the options, made promises and over delivered on his promises. Fantastic! We had to get a new home with limited budget on a tight timescale and the team worked professionally with our solicitor to ensure that both our sales and purchase went through smoothly. We were kept informed throughout the process and Paul, the managing director was so understanding of our situation and ensured that the team fully understood the urgency as well. They were incredibly amazing to work with, a very happy team who were passionate about not just the job but went the extra mile to support us.

Once again, a huge thanks to the team. Highly recommended. We are extremely happy that we went ahead with M&P Estates from the others that gave us quotes. Excellent fees, excellent service with high standards and professionalism. We got exactly what we paid for with an impressive turn around period.

Paul came to my property at very short notice and was able to carryout a thorough examination of the property in order to get it ready for renting on the open market.

A good honest estate agent that does exactly what it says on the tin, 10 out of 10.

Very bad experience. Our offer was accepted and confirmed. As soon as we paid the solicitors which was recommended by the M&P agency, I got a letter saying that it was another buyer in a mix and seller no longer wish to proceed with us. I couldn't believe that they have accepted two offers at the same time. No call back from the agency. Totally unprofessional. We have wasted time, money and hope.

Unprofessional and dishonest....

Unfortunately, we went through a real nightmare with the agent Will! We were interested in buying the property but Will was very much interested in selling the property to the other buyer. It made us wonder if he was in some ways associated with the other buyer...
He was very dishonest and unprofessional, always on the other line and not answering our phone calls. He even said to the seller that we don't look like potential buyers, we wonder what made him think that?! Luckily, we have bought the house and are now very happy with our purchase. However, Will hasn't done anything to make a buying process a lot more clearer, easier and pleasant. More interestingly, we agreed to meet him at the agency to provide our documents and sign the paperwork, unfortunately, he wasn't there to meet and greet us in person. How rude! Instead, we have been assisted by a lovely lady Jan Barnes.
It's been a very complicated and stressful experience for us and we hope this won't happen to any of their other clients!

P.s I personally would like to say a big thank you to Paul Tobias - Gibbins whom I've spoken to over the phone several times. Paul was extremely professional in handling the situation and explaining the issues we were having with Will. I think he is the one who deserves a 5* review!

Paul is a really genuine person who offers impartial advice on property. From the beginning to the end I have been always kept informed about the house buying process. Paul and Rachel have gone extra mile showing me the property twice and providing me all the information I wanted to know about the property. I do highly recommend them if you are planning to purchase a house. They are honest, fair and transparent with buyers.

M+P Estate Agents have been fantastic from start to finish. Paul showed me the property that I purchased and through the start of the process he was extremely helpful & informative. Once offers had been accepted I was passed onto Rachel - who without her help through purchasing the flat it probably would have fell through.

I had a difficult solicitor who longed the process out. Rachel continually checked up daily on the process and informed me of current situations and advised me of what to do next. As a first time purchaser I was very new to everything and when I wasn’t sure of process or had questions Rachel was always there to answer them and quite promptly at that. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing she was.

Wether you are purchasing or selling your property I would definitely highly recommend M+P Estates.
